I have always used the self service wash here, and the owner & employees are always so helpful during. I decided on trying a professional to groom Benny. He is so skittish and anxious, along with being 100 pounds it’s not an easy job. Jenn did absolutely amazing with my pup & handled him perfectly with care and patience. I took my little one here on December 4th was greeted in the office by a few employees they was very fenring and very professional was introduced to Jennifer and she took my little one was very comfortable handling her over to her I don't remember what time she said she'd be done but during the process you reached out to me while I was home and asked me a couple questions about the process that I wanted done to her when I return to pick her up I was very satisfied how she looked and how well she was taken care of the crew that read me when I return was very professional and very friendly my little one is elderly and death took very good care of her and I'm extremely pleased would help like they were and how professionally they are I look forward with building a relationship with Jennifer and my little one I would recommend this groomer to anybody I know thank you again disease people and may you have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year's I look forward to doing business with you in the near future

Very pleased with the service. I would recommend 100%. The communication and thorough knowledge and recommendations Tana had on my dog was very much appreciative. I have an anxious dog and knew it would be a challenge, but they had the patience and care. I would definitely go back!

Drove out from Visalia because this is the closest advertised self dog wash business near by. Not open during business hours. No one answers the phones. Hardly visible hand written sign in the window that you can’t make out. Certainly wouldn’t make that long drive again to try and give me dog a luxury bathing experience. Waste of time. No customer service to speak of. Not a single shred of evidence they care about customers

Excellent Service and Quality! We took our three dogs for washing and nail trimmings. Tana was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was professional and very courteous. This is a great place to take your dog for a quick bath. The facility is very nice and clean.

Tana’s Pet Grooming is such a nice, relaxing place to take your dog to get bathed or to do it yourself. Make sure you make an appointment. Tana is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. I was asking her all kinds of questions while bathing my dog. The place is clean and conveniently located

I could not of been more pleased by Tana and her ability to get my dog clean. My Daisy is a medium size beagle terrier and she had only been to a groomer once. She was scared and gave Tana quite a bit of hesitating, but they pushed through. Shiny coat and smile later Daisy emerged triumphant. I appreciated all the energy and good products put our way, thank you!
