Going to a zoo as a kid and wanting to take home something truly spectacular has always been a dream of mine. Like most dreams they end with the ringing of an alarm clock and the realization of how boring life is. Until walking in the front door I thought dreams could never come true. Boy was I wrong, the quality of animals, the service from the staff, there’s nothing like going home with an amazing piece of gods creation!! All this right around the street from my house!

I can’t say enough good things about this pet store. Despite what others say we have had nothing but good experiences with this pet store. I have gone into petsmart Petco you name it trying to find things for our reptiles. This store never fails to give us good experiences.

I just happened to stumble on this place. Very interesting pet store & decent prices, has pets normal pet stores dont carry. Only thing is, when I asked if cashier could break a bigger bill, cashier seemed to have a bit of an attitude.

I usually come once a week to get super worms because they’re more affordable here than PetSmart, but after yesterday I will no longer be coming here. I bought some super worms and when I got home to feed my dragons, I counted over 15 dead worms that were already rotting ? not only do they not care about the animals, but they are rude as well. I was not gonna go back to tell them about the worms since they should have seen when they were picking them for me, it’s common sense to see what you are picking. The kid working there needs some training and knowledge, if you don’t know about the animals then stay away from working here. These are some of the dead worms! Yes I know worms shed but these are not all the dead ones I found, they were half hard and half squishy. Another thing, those animals are not properly being taken care of, I’ve seen a dead reptile before and dirty cages / tanks.

Great staff with lots of knowledge, owner comes in often as well. Beautiful animals with a small and decent selection of decor and tanks. Good options of feeder insects. Great experience overall every time I go in and they’re always happy to give me any advice about my own personal reptile whenever needed!

Very disappointing bird section. We went in to look for a parakeet and we're so horrified by the cleanliness of their cages. All 8 or so birds were shoved into one tiny 12 by 12 section of the cage even though the rest of the cage was empty. The trays in both the parakeets and the cockatiels cages were so full of seed and poo that it was overflowing onto the floor. One parakeet was at the bottom of the cage, missing its tail feathers and visibly sick. Their water bowls were so filthy the water was turning green.
I would not recommend buying a bird from here. Better yet, they should stop carrying birds altogether.

Very knowledgeable staff, love the variety of animals that they bring in to the shop! They are very helpful, I live 70 miles away and I frequent the shop. They are also very helpful via fb for me too!
