Tails

I recently moved to the area from Sacramento and have been searching for a great local pet shop for my three rescues. I popped into Tails Pet Shop at River Park the other evening, and I was so impressed! The shop is super cute, clean, and has a fantastic selection of products to choose from. I picked up some chicken paws, which two of my dogs absolutely go feral for—it’s such a treat for them! The prices were very affordable, especially compared to other stores I’ve visited. I also grabbed some bakery items for my elderly rescue, who has weaker teeth, and she loved them. This shop has everything you could want for your pets, and the overall experience was great. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon!

Absolutely perfect! The staff is so nice and helpful. They had free samples to try out on our kitten. Let's just say we will only be buying food from here. Our kittens coat is so soft and healthy. She has a way better digestive system now, compared to before. You gotta visit this amazing place!

I did not catch the name of the woman at the register today but I cannot express how grateful I am for you today. Thank you for your words of kindness, your sympathy, and for all the delicious treats you gave my golden girl. She enjoyed tasting all the different treats right up until the very end. Mabel passed peacefully on her own bed with her family, friends, and a stomach full of sweets and treats. Your compassion does not go unnoticed.

Everyone here is so knowledgeable and friendly! I’m a first time dog owner and came in worried about my dog’s separation anxiety, I didn’t get her name but the lady who helped me was amazing and took time to explain the different products that may help, plus some tips as well. I also talked to Crystal who gave me such good advice! She took the time to genuinely talk me through how I can best help my dog with training and answered all my questions! You can definitely tell that the ladies who work there aren’t just doing it for a job but because they care for and love animals!

Love when Diana is there. My puppy Nova loves her!!! Just found this gem last week!!! Been back 3 times in less than 1 week. Diana has always helped us. Will be back when she is there.

Super sweet and nice employees, it is always so hard to find a harness that fits our dog, came in and found one that fits perfectly! They have a huge selection of dog and cat toys, treats and harnesses! Highly recommend.
