So my cat who I’ve had for 11+ years passed away, and I took her to Tails to remember I give this place 1000 stars if I could they have the most caring, compassionate, loving business. They are there for you when you are grieving over your pet.they was absolutely amazing when cremating my cat they did a paw print of her and a nose print and I even got some of her hair, I am absolutely satisfied and I am beyond grateful for this place so if you have a pet regardless of it being a cat, a dog a raccoon a squirrel or whatever please take your loved one to tails to remember

We unexpectedly lost our ball python and Jason was there to not only take very good care of our baby and his cremation, but also was very kind in our time in the office. He explained everything and was very sympathetic and empathetic. This place is very peaceful and a wonderful place if your fur baby needs a final goodbye.

He made it very easy and he was compassionate. We had my mother's dog cremated. He did not try to take advantage of our grief or upsell us a bunch of stuff. He was honest and had a very nice setup.

If I could give Steven a million star review I would. His kindness and compassion at such a time of loss made all the difference in our grieving process. Staff is friendly and helpful. The place is clean and stocked. The dog wash doesn't except debit cards cash or quarters only. Free parking. Groomer also onsite. There is also a cute store. They will hand make beautiful dog collars for you. Just a all around nice place!!
