It's very difficult to find a place that cuts bunnies nails, let alone groom them! And when I finally found a place that does both, how could I not be soo happy! Mackenzie was fantastic she got soo much fur from Hopper. I was really happy and she went beyond just brushing him she cut off some messy stuff that was down in his private area, which I can never check cause he is very difficult to catch! They should advertise that they can do rabbit grooming. I just by luck had saw a picture of a bunny on their profile and had said to myself it’s worth a try, and worth it, it was!!!!

Jnean is Larry's favorite groomer and she takes so much time with her. Larry June always looks her best when leaving and she always wants to return. What's not to like?! I definitely recommend the services!

I have brought both my dog and cat to Tails of the City and the groomers are excellent. I appreciate the communication with the groomers and the reception staff are very kind as well!
I bring my dog regularly and can trust he will look amazing every time. I also brought my Persian mix cat who became very matted even though I brushed her. I will plan to bring my Persian mix regularly to help keep her maintained.
Highly recommend this pet grooming salon!

Highly recommend Tails of the City. They are incredibly accommodating, reasonably priced, and the quality of the haircuts are outstanding. We take our dog to Saul and we have never been so happy with a groomer. He communicates very well through the process, he is very patient, very real, and overall does an excellent job when grooming my dogs hair. Further more my dog seems to love Saul. My dog used to be terrified by going to the groomers, but now he is actually excited to go! Again I can’t say enough great things about Tails of the City and especially Saul! Highly recommend!

As a breeder of Maine Coons… sometimes they get a bit matted and we cannot, for the life of us, beat the amount of mats that form with our personal clippers. So, we turn to the experts. See one of our studs, Nine. He had to be shaved and, to be honest, for how severe his matting got - the shave he received was FLAWLESS. He looks so hilarious but also, his attitude has changed and he is substantially happier and more affectionate. thank you all so much! we will 110% be back.

I wasn’t going to change my review but it needs to be said. I just can’t imagine what went wrong. I specifically asked Olivia NOT to cut his tail. I didn’t notice it at first cause he looked good. Then later it was very apparent. I remember when we were going over what I wanted; she made a comment about having to tie up the tail to avoid cutting it; and when I picked him up she made a reference to the hair growing back in case I didn’t like it but never thought she could have been talking about his tail. Also my dog now goes into a panic when we try to cut his nails. I mean he literally will try to bite me now. He never had issues with it before.

Tina Marie is the BEST!! Our baby smells sooo GOOD!! He smells like Bath and Body Works. He is now walking around here like a dog model!! We have been coming here since we’ve became his fur parents!! Tina Marie is our go to person. I am sure the whole staff is great though. It is the cutest pet salon that I have seen and been to locally. These are different pics of when he was pampered by Tina Marie!!
