The owner is genuine, transparent, and truly cares about the furry friends walking in the door. She took our requests, even though it was a bit of an unusual cut for a Schnauzer. (We go a bit shorter in the summer.) Our pup came back looking great and was so happy.

Leslie, Mary, and the crew are all amazing and empathetic groomers! Mary really took the time to explain our options with regards to coat, ear, and tail length- something that other groomers have never bothered to ask. She also exhibited great care and love with my shy, nervous girl by taking the time to say her name, give her pets, and rub her belly on the floor, where my dog felt comfortable. When I handed my dog over, she seemed much more comfortable with Mary than I have ever seen her with any other stranger. The icing on the cake is the price- I paid HALF of what it costs to have her groomed at Petco, AND we both received excellent care and service. I cannot recommend this place enough!

I love this place. Not only are they the cleanest pet spa I have found in town but the staff is amazing. They were able to groom both of my babies in a timely manner and they looked amazing when done. One of my puppies is a little rambunctious but they handled her with no issue and without stressing her out. I highly recommend Tailored Tails to anyone wanting a great experience for their furry friends

Called to ask about availability and felt that the person on the phone was rude and unprofessional. Mentioned how I wanted my dog trimmed know how his fur is and was instantly shot down and accused of damaging his fur. They have never even seen my dog before. Was quickly told after they are booked out till August. Seemed more like they just didn’t want to groom my dog. Would have appreciated that being told to me point blank rather then the condescending tone and crazy book out time.

Friendly staff. Groomers do a great job. We tried several other groomers and the shops were total chaos, multiple dogs in kennels barking, phones ringing, dryers so loud you couldn't hold a conversation. Tailored Tails is calm and quiet. No stressed out animals. There is a tv screen in the lobby so you can see what is going on in the back room.. they seem to stagger groom times so multiple animals aren't left in kennels barking for any length of time. Our dog always looks great and and has never spent more than two hours top for an appointment. Other groomers were so booked our dog sometimes spent 4 to 5 hours at the groomers and was totally stressed by the time we were able to pick her up. Great place where the staff actually likes animals.

Kori has such a special bond with my dachshund Hope. I have always struggled with trimming her nails, she's always hated it and has attempted to nip at anyone who attempts to trim them, but Kori is the only person that can do it for us. She takes the time to calm Hope, and reassure her that she's in safe hands, and always follows up with praise after each paw. She's always been such a gentle and calm energy and Hope and I just adore her.

They came highly recommended and TTG delivered. Got some crazy quotes from a few other places to get my cat groomed. The owner and her awesome cat groomer were caring and professional. And most importantly, for me, very reasonably priced, These guys are really good!

We are so lucky to have found this groomer. The staff is wonderful and accommodating. We have a 90lb baby who cowers at the word 'groomer. We tried to manage it ourselves for years but after finding Tailored Tails, will never go back. They are so patient with him and do such a great job getting him clean and trimmed. They also put on a super cute scarf when he is done, and also come say hi to him when we are at the coffee shop next door. Cannot recommend enough.
