Would not recommend.

In our first few months coming here, they improperly secured my dog’s collar and leash, and as we were walking out, the leash detached. Since they’re on a main street, this was a serious safety concern. Only one staff member attempted to help me get my dog back. I brushed it off and gave them another chance—something I now regret.

Over time, my dog frequently came home with scratches and scabs from other dogs’ sharp nails. The final straw was when I received a call from the owner while I was at work, informing me that my dog had been injured. I was told another dog’s tooth had punctured his side while they were “playing and rolling on the ground,” and they had only applied wound spray.

I immediately left work to get my dog and take him to the vet. When I arrived, he was the only dog out, while the others were in their kennels. The injury was far worse than described—more than just a puncture. I was only sent a distant photo and wasn’t even shown video footage of what happened.

The lack of empathy and transparency in handling this situation was extremely disappointing. After a vet visit, anesthesia, stitches, and two weeks of antibiotics, my dog will not be returning. This ordeal cost me over $400, not to mention the stress it caused both me and my dog. Whether due to understaffing or lack of proper supervision, I do not feel this facility is safe or responsible enough for pet care.

We have a 4-1/2-year-old rescue. Tailchasers has been a wonderful experience for me to learn and bond with our dog Gunnar. The teachers are very knowledgeable and helpful. We attended level 1 classes and then got moved to level 2. The beauty is that we could keep attending level 1 classes once in level 2. We attend class three times a week. Repetition was not only good for Gunnar, but it was also a lifesaver for me. Not to mention, it is very affordable. One monthly fee covers all classes. I'm thrilled that we are moving to FL but also sad to no longer be attending classes! Thanks to a wonderful team!

This facility opened up a few weeks ago. The owners have done a great job at training their staff. Everyone has done a great job answering my questions and caring for my Rottweiler!
