i’m so grateful for this local business & their fantastic staff. i’ve been purchasing my pets food and other necessities from them for a couple years now. the selection in this store exceed your typical PetCo & in my opinion are much more reasonably priced.

i just took my “work in progress” (reactive) Shepard in for some training. i know we both felt seen by the employees and the way they advocated for us. the kindness and grace shown by the Tail Waggers staff was unlike anything we’ve experienced before.

The self bathe is so nice not having to bend like you would at home and the temperature regulated water so I don’t have to worry about it being too cold/hot, which I can never get right at home 😅 Clarissa cut my girls nails and did phenomenal and was so patient even though she is super jumpy. The girls there are SO sweet and very knowledgeable. My pup also got herself a nice big peanut butter cow ear for doing so good out of their massive selection of treats! Can’t recommend enough! 10000/10

Turned us away because I disclosed that my dog had been sprayed by a skunk. I had already neutralized the odor at home with peroxide/baking soda/dawn dish soap and wanted to give her a more thorough bath now that the crisis was averted. They refused us and said it would bother other customers. There weren’t any other customers in the store and it was the last hour of business. Even so, the dog didn’t smell. I had already neutralized the odor and it wouldn’t have been an issue. I explained this, they didn’t care. I would not consider this a dog friendly place if you are not set up or equipped to handle things that commonly happen to dogs! We used to come all the time for baths but now you have lost my business, we will never be back.

Fur baby & I are on an extended road trip, so it was pastimes for a nail trim. We went to another place, but they were too busy they suggested this place, so off we went, they weren't busy and took him right in. Thought they did a good job, but now, a few days later, the truth is I'm very disappointed they were left way too long and they were left very sharp. They are sharper now than when I took him in. Very poor job wouldn't go back to this business.

my dog's nails head grown all the way around and into her pads these folks were able to get her in immediately get her taken care of for a reasonable price and the whole thing took less than 10 minutes. this is definitely my go-to place from here on out for our pets.

Clean, friendly, and fun! Easier to wash our 100+ pound dog here than at home, for sure. Big wash bays with step stools and swing-open doors were perfect for getting him in; beats lifting him into the tub! They provided us with a wash bucket with shampoo (got to pick out which kind, which was great for our guy with sensitive skin), brushes and scrubbies, towels, and a hair dryer. Great experience.

Refuse to honor the prices their staff say is saying it was. I specifically asked a staff member how much a product was before picking it up. Times are tight and I want to know what I’m buying. After paying, asked for the receipt and find out they overcharged me.waited for Gracie only to be told I picked up the wrong product. No customer service! No honoring what the other staff member said. Ridiculous!
