By far the best groomer in town! I have been bringing my dog Leo, to Sweetheart Pet Grooming since I moved to Loveland in 2019. Very clean and spacious facility. Cassandra always takes the time to make my dogs grooming experience better every time. He has had a nail trimming phobia in the past and she has almost made it disappear! Thanks again for everything you do! Will definitely be back!

I took my two cats in to get their nails trimmed for the first time this morning. Business is very communicative and responsive (via text on her day off). I got there about 10 minutes early since I didn't know what to expect and the place was clean and quiet. The owner, Cassandra, was there and she knows what she is doing. She got my cats taken care of before they even knew what happened! We were in and out within 10 minutes and it is WAY cheaper than the mobile groomer. Appears to be a locally owned, small business which I love to support so I will definitely be back!

I've been through a few groomers with my pomeranian, Werewolf. This one is the best one! Wolfie is from a puppy mill and has faced lots of behavioral and medical issues since I got him at the age of three. As a result, it's very important that I find someone that will treat him right and listen to my concerns. I felt that Cassandra listened to my initial warnings on my first visit and handled Werewolf appropriately. I picked up the cutest doggo I have ever seen only a couple of hours later, and I will very much be back.

Brought my Kitty in today for a lions cut and I could not be any happier!!! I think my cat can say the same. She had some pretty rough matting and is now running around the house like a free woman! I took my Mama Kitty in a few months ago, I forgot to write her a review. I love the job she did on my fur baby! I believe the ladies name is Cassandra that groomed my baby girl. Cassandra made me feel at ease leaving her there to get her "spa day". Very quick to get an appointment! Very quick and great grooming job! The only con is my other cats hated my Mama Kitty for quite a while after getting her home. Much longer than any other time getting her groomed. They finally got over it but I'm not sure why my other cats had that reaction to her and as long as it was.
