I take 2 dogs to Susie's. Great people. Not always the same groomer but if you send them a picture they will get close to what you want.

Very rude and unprofessional. I dropped my dog (short haired dachshund) off a 9am I got a call at 1:43 and was told she was ready to be picked up. Once I got there I waited about 15 minutes I asked one of the workers how long would it be because I was in a Lyft. As the lady was coming out with my dog I heard her say well I told her 20 minutes (which wasn’t true). She was trying to help me put my dog in my bag but I told her I got it then she picked up my nephew car seat without my permission and asked did I need help once I told her “no I got it” she replied back with “I’m sure you do” I paid $40 dollars for a wash teeth trim and gland expression she usually comes out with a bandana but she didn’t nor did she have the dog perfume.

I’m giving this place two stars because while staff was friendly to me, which I appreciate, I am very dissatisfied with the length of time it took for my small Pomeranian to be finished as well as her look after it was finished. It’s my day off and I set my alarm to wake up so I could be the first or second in the line to get my dog in as I was told drop off time is at 7 am. I walked in at seven on the dot and some lady was already in there with her dog so I knew I was second. My dog is very nervous to go to these places and so I asked how long it would be and I was told fast and it would be done in order. I feel that is very unlikely or this is the slowest place I have ever heard of. She was there 3.5 hours and it has only ever taken her 1.5 hours at most at other groomers which I was way happier with looks-wise as well. I paid $65 and $75 after tip just to be nice, but no she does not look good. I told them a trim like poms get but I got a Pom for a reason. I like their cute fluffy look. It was so not what I expected or wanted for the amount. My poor dog probably endured being in a kennel for hours which she is not used to. I’m very very very disappointed and I will not be returning. I found someone who is by appointment and I feel my dog will be better taken care of in that kind of environment. I suppose now I will have to show groomers a picture of what a Pom styling should look like but I didn’t assume I’d have to as that hasn’t been my past experience. I normally don’t write negative reviews, but when it comes to my dog who is my child to me, I felt it was necessary. I’m sorry to the ladies who work there as they were nice but the standard of care should be raised undoubtably.

I have to say... That this place is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!! The service that I recieved for my fur baby was top teir. I was more than satisfied with the services we recieved... I was worried because he is difficult to groom but they did a amazing job!!! I highly recommend Susie's to anyone looking for great grooming service. The ladies there are friendly and the office has a welcoming vibe!!! We will be returning for all of my fur babies grooming needs!!! Thank you!!!!

This place is great. We love our customers, especially our fur babies. We are one of the few places that does walk-ins. We are open to public view, we have nothing to hide. We are very experienced and take pride in what we do. So bring us those further babies, we would love to meet them. 🙂

We love Susie's we been taken our Chihuahua to them for awhile he passed away 😢 they were great with him. We recommend our son dog to them and he loves it Vegas thats her name a German shepherd she's really big but they does a great job with her my son love the cut and others wanted to know who did it great job keep up the good work ❤️

Been here twice called 5 times they just hung up in my face didn't even say Sir we can't hear you so I started up there to take my Dog but also had someone call from their line they was rude to me like I hung up in their face and I was fine and suffer from PTSD from the military but wasn't rude then offered to make me an appointment for next week after all that I went through trying to get through to them and control my anxiety wonderful groomer I can't lie bad service especially for a me in my condition from My military service I can't be in situations like that
