Superlo Foods

I love Superlo Foods this store is not in my community but I went in very impressed, Security was right up front I felt very safe, the shelves was well stocked 93% I was Very Super impressed, easily to find what I needed. I didn't need any assistance the Manager was insight observing and talking to workers. TheStore was Very Clean, No Smell the floor shine visible very impressed. The sales was on point. The lines was not long and the store was not crowded. The employees was very nice well-grown. The Highest I would rate this Store is AA plus

They run good sales, when they actually have one, but staff not very friendly. A couple of workers are but not entire staff. They can be borderline rude.

They were ok but some prices didnt make since like the sweet potatoes being sold at 2 a pound when they looked like they were a good three pounds a piece

The lo is a great store to shop at they have better prices than Kroger period

The lady in the deli deserves an extra shout-out for sheer awesomeness. She's there seven days a week making breakfast and lunch, and when she found out our pit ham and smoked cheddar was intended for sliders, she cut it into slider-sized portions for us to save us the trouble of doing it ourselves. We will definitely be visiting here again.

The reason for this one star will be for your security guard I walked and he said is that my bag I told him yes than he told me I need to get some white bag he pointed at I told him I'm going to get me something to eat from the deli than he told me he's just doing his job which I do understand I think they need more training or maybe yall need to switch companies cause this don't make no since on this nice Sunday afternoon March,17 2024

Was able to get lots of food for good prices

I hate this particular Superlo store!!!!! The prices are extremely high even for Superlo and I believe it's because of the location (Frayser). They automatically assume everybody is paying with food stamps. Therefore the prices are intentionally extremely high!! For example, a small container of chopped watermelon is $8!! Everything there is higher than normal!!! The parking lot is filthy, full of huge pot holes and always over crowded. If you happen to find a spot, usually the car next to you won't be parked correctly. Some cars are even parked in spots that aren't parking spaces! blocking the traffic flow. The only security guard hangs out near the front counter gossiping!! Before you go inside, it might be best to find a shopping cart first because there may not be any available. I hate to say, but my beliefs are because this is a majority black neighborhood, with dilapidated houses, buildings and empty properties this Superlo doesn't care how it looks on the outside or about the shoppers! I've been in Superlo stores all over Memphis and those in majority white neighborhoods don't look like this!!! The parking lot is well attended with security drivers and well maintained with no pot holes and shopping carts are always, always ALWAYS available! Also, the prices are not as high!! They even have sales but not in the Frayser store located on North Watkins Street!! Horrible store!
