Unfortunately our girl came home wounded from this groomer. The vet verified that she was cut by a blade and showed us the skin flap. However despite two calls there has been no accountability. In fact, the groomer Candace has been nothing but defensive and insisted that our dog showed up for grooming with a blade cut on her leg. I don't mind mistakes. I don't like lies. This cut was not there before our dog Sage was in the bath. I'm disappointed in this business. These people were trusted with my pet and they hurt her and continue to lie about it. My senior mother has been talked over and disrespected when trying to talk to this facility.

Edit: there has been no outreach about the vet visit. We go to Village Center Vet and saw Dr. Stewart-Bates.

I highly recommend this Kennel for overnight boarding. I took my two pups here while my family and I went on vacation. I left them feeling like they were in great hands because of how friendly the staff was! They treated my pups with so much love and care. the facility is nice and is surrounded by a nice area for your dogs to get a great nature walk! 10/10. Will be utilizing them again in the future.

Super experience with trainer Tim. This is our second dog with Sunrise and would definitely recommend them. We’ve done both the dog bootcamp and the private sessions. We’ve had both a timid dog and one aggressive dog, and Sunrise has fixed all of our issues. Amazing transformation and happy dogs. Thank you

Sunrise Kennels is great! We obviously don't like leaving our dogs, but when we have to, we are so grateful to have this place to turn to. They take great care of our dogs - who are always happy, healthy, and clean when returned to us. Definitely recommend the yard time they offer as an extra service and bringing your own food if you can (switching up foods can cause unhappy stomachs)

I definitely recommend this company for any carpet cleaning. Michael and Hoby are super friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. My house smells wonderful.

** review update- I had read so many of these reviews that talked about improper feeding, so I did a little experiment. I measured out exactly how much food my little man gets for a 3 day stay; when I got him back there was about a teaspoon left over. These guys definitely feed your dog a proper amount! The DO NOT make your animal starve or unhappy!! so I’m not sure what happened with the other reviewers but as of this last week- they absolutely fed and loved my little guy ❤️

Oooh these guys are the best!! They take such good care of my little man.

I do day care, training and boarding through them and while it’s all great nothing compares to the boarding and training group! My pup absolutely loves his trainer Brian and he’s doing so well there! He always comes home pooped from a big day!!

They are always attentive and send me pics of the little guy if i have to leave him over night. I can’t say enough about them!!

This place came through for us on short notice when we needed to board our 2 dogs because there were really only 2 requirements for new dogs: current vaccinations and 1 trial visit. I’ll start by saying I’m very appreciative for that. I’m also appreciative of them accommodating our dogs’ dietary needs, and giving them a complimentary bath before we picked them up. I also like that they were able to stay together the entire time, and that the pricing is really reasonable.

However, I’ve had some issues since picking them up. First, when I arrived and the dogs were brought to me it seemed like both of them had been waiting to go to the bathroom for quite some time because they both tried to bolt out onto the pavement and go. The lady who brought them out seemed to know this, and directed one of my dogs to poop right there in the parking lot, which we have always discouraged (grass only). The other ended up peeing a few feet away, also on the pavement. Second, one of my dogs now seems to have kennel cough, which she’s never gotten. I saw another reviewer mention that their dog got it after going here and didn’t think it’d be so likely to happen to my dogs but after a 2 and a half day stay she’s coughing pretty consistently.

We’ve boarded our dogs in places that seemed much more organized (clear signage, confirmation emails), more transparent about where the dogs stayed (walkthrough for pet parents before taking the dogs, cameras so you can check in on them when you’re away), and more generous towards pet parents (not charging extra to send pics of the dogs). And as mentioned previously, our dogs have never come home with kennel cough from being boarded in other places. The people who work here are friendly but maybe kennel boarding just isn’t for us

This place was such a good find. I am a single guy, and I travel a bunch. They are so kind and accommodating there. They know my dog and treat her so well. I have been a return customer for a while. Totally reasonably priced as well. They are the best!
