Finally Summit County has a reliable groom shop again! Summit Groom Shop is a different shop than the one previously in the same location. Jen is a new owner. I had my dogs now twice groomed by Jen and they are looking fantastic. What is even more important, they went back after the first time with joy. Your dogs will tell you when they are treated well!
Thank you for being an entrepreneur, Jen! Thanks you for working long hours every day of the week to close the gap we had in this part of summit county for such a long time!

Jen and Summit Groom Shop is amazing! The service/communication is wonderful and my dog was happy to return...the best five star review of all! When you’re a one person show, clients must be prepared to be flexible. I understand some dogs take longer than expected, some dogs show up not having seen a brush in months, and some owners ask for miracles. I know my Standard Poodle is a challenge and Becky gives him the time he needs. He hates his feet done. The end result is amazing. He always gets compliments at the dog parks. Today I stayed and watched and got a few photos. Thank you Becky.

Jen was sweet, and careful to ask what style haircut we like for our Goldendoodle. She’s an organized professional with appointment confirmation and communication about when she’s close to done. The space is clean and safe. Everything was perfect!

Becky is the best dog groomer we have ever experienced. She is friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. The facility is clean, and the dogs seem very happy and comfortable. We have a 12-year old golden doodle who needs to be groomed every 8 weeks. Becky has been taking care of our dog for the past few years, and we couldn’t been happier with how beautiful she looks, how calm she is with her visits, and how many compliments she gets strutting her new cut! Dropped him off for the first with Becky and it was awesome! I get weary leaving my dog with people, especially groomers because there’s a lot of bad press out there. But She was really nice, asked good questions about him and tried to make him feel comfortable. When I picked him up, he looked so good!! Trimmed in all the right places, a cute Bandana, he smells amazing and I think this is the softest he’s ever been! I can’t stop snuggling him. Thanks so much, Becky! We’ll definitely be back!

We were traveling by car from Denver to Vegas with all our animals and our cat had diarrhea all over herself and the car (nightmare!). We called this place and they got us in for an emergency appointment right away. Only took and hour and our cat came out poop free and smelling nice! The ladies working there were very nice and accommodating. Definitely recommend this place!
