I have taken my rescue Labradoodle to Suite Life Pet Resort & Spa since I got him 7 months ago. Major has issues of fear of other dogs and people. Everyone at Suite Life has been so patient with him and accommodating. They are the most professional and caring staff I've ever used. Please give them a try. You certainly will not regret it. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Love this place for their vet services! Staff is very friendly and caring! Vet is amazing and love taking our babies to her. She has done 3 neuters on some barn cats as well for us and they are doing great! Highly recommend their vet services!

I took my corgi, to suite life pet resort multiple times and I had okay experiences. This time he was there for 6 days and today I got a picture of his neck 4 hours before I was supposed to pick him up. When I drop him off I take everything with him, food bowls, harness, medicine the whole 9 yards, so they only have to provide adequate care. Today when I got to the location they told me his flee collar caused the bruising, this is the same flee collar he uses everyday. Once I saw it, I realized it wasn’t from the flee collar and it was from something else. I asked them to show me all the videos from when he got dropped off til now. Then I asked them what do they use to walk him. They proceeded to tell me they make a harness. They put a leash on him and wrap the cord around his body to walk him. Which is unacceptable when I provide a harness so things like this don’t happen. I tried to talk to the owner and get this situation rectified in a polite manner and he told me to get off his property and never come back and he would take me to court for none payment. I never had the intentions of not paying ( payment was made), they walked my dog out to me and dropped all his stuff on the curb. I feel like this is very unbecoming of a pillar of the community especially when lots of people board with them.

I boarded my 3 dogs over Christmas for 12 days total. While I understand that the holidays are incredibly busy, every time I called to check on my fur babies, no one seemed to know how they were/ kept telling me how understaffed they were/ how they had 100+ dogs in their care. I HATE leaving negative reviews, so I don’t want this review to be perceived this way but rather as a chance to give constructive criticism.
When dropping off, I had to go into the back in order to help get one of my more anxious dogs into the kennel spaces and the noise level/ overall environment was similar to that of a crowded animal shelter.

I left specific joint pills (not prescription but still) for my older lab as he has joint problems with instructions on feeding and the pills were not touched when we picked the dogs up which was super frustrating. On top of this, “report cards” are advertised but on the days that we did receive them (which wasn’t every day) ALL it told us was that my animals ate, nothing else. I would love a feature where it told me what they did that day/ how their behavior was, etc.

The dogs got 45 minutes a day outside each day, with 15 minutes at a time. Personally, for the price we paid I would have loved more time spent with my animals. Again, I understand that the holidays are busy but to me, this is a sign that this establishment shouldn’t take on so many animals for profit if they can’t give each animal the attention they deserve. On top of this we paid extra for photos of the dogs and received grainy images that didn't even have all 3 in them majority of the time.

Again, this wasn’t a horrible experience but my standards are pretty high, especially when it comes to the care of my fur children. Not entirely sure we will be coming back but for those who have made it to the end, rest assured that your pets at the bare minimum will be kept alive until you return. The staff was kind and I truly think they were just very overwhelmed!!

Loved that the staff provided free baths before pickup and my dogs came back smelling so good! This was truly appreciated!

Typical days are long and difficult. This job is stressful.
I did get injured a couple times so be aware of that and prepared.
I did learn responsibility and discipline as well as giving grace to people.
Management was difficult and not really flexible.
They cut hours heavily on slow time periods. Example 35 hours down to 18. They also cut your hours if they don’t like you. A big difference.
A big part of the job is getting out on time. Which never happens, but it’s always an issue.
Felt like my entire life revolved around the job. Had no time for myself and that caused my mental health to decline. If you ask for any time off past a week they ask you to quit and turn your uniform in and then reapply when you’re ready. With no guarantee you will get the job back or even if you did get the job back your pay would start off from their bottom as well as your position. They will change your schedule and not really tell you. You just have to constantly check to see what’s going on. Employees are always leaving and so you’ll always have someone new come in and be still learning. If you get frustrated easy then I’d suggest a different job.

I really think this place could be amazing. However, it’s a hostile work environment. Constant drama between everyone. Management likes to gossip. The owner can be aggressive and is difficult to please. You’re not allowed even 5 minutes of overtime without being talked to. You’re only allowed 10 minute breaks or you’re scolded. There are no benefits. Zero. No insurance of any type. No paid time off or paid sick leave. Maternity leave doesn’t really exist. The pay is definitely not a living wage and it’s hard to get a raise or a promotion and raises are only about 25¢. There’s a big issue with communication at the time of me leaving.

The most enjoyable part of the job is working with animals and seeing the joy someone gets knowing their pet was well taken care of. I loved taking care of the animals.

I have a very hard to handle dog. The staff at Suite Life Pet Resort and Spa have taken exceptional care of our dog. I get routine updates on behaviors or any other concerns. They make sure he is well taken care of. I can travel knowing he is ok and loved. Big thank you to their boarding team!

I have used Suite Life several times for my dog and they are always efficient and they place is clean and they take great care of my dog. I get reports on his eating or not eating and if he needs medicine that he has gotten it. The prices are reasonable and I feel better about leaving him.
