Suds n’ pups is fantastic! They took great care of my little angel, and they were very accommodating and explained all of the steps to me. This was my first groom with them and I had no idea what I wanted for my doodle mix. Previous groomers just told me it was a “standard cut” with no changes. 10/10 will never switch groomers!

I completely enjoyed taking my puppy here! They do not rush you to pick up and she was cut exactly how I wanted. They were very thorough being it was my first time and asked me exactly how i wanted her. Thank you!!

They squeezed my dog in for a bath with all the fix-ins! Nobody else could accommodate us on such short notice, but they did it with ease. Love these guys and apparently so did my old Buddy, he was the happiest boy when I picked him up! Even got a free treat!

Specifically asked for not cutting my dogs fur. Still proceeded to cut him due to "dead hair" (which is what they shed, and we asked for a deshedding shampoo. there should have been no reason for cutting his fur) My dog is a Great Pyrenees which is classified as a "winter" dog. you are not supposed to shave their fur unless necessary due to the 2 layer coat that protects them during cold months and keeps them cool during hot months. This groomer has possibly ruined my dogs coat.

Cannot recommend!!! She quoted me a price but after my dog was groomed she took out more than she said it was without telling me, not asking me, after she debited my card! I think that's bait and switch. Better business bureau should add her to their list. Just saying!

They are alll so nice, kind, patient with your pet!! I've never been disappointed in all the times I've been there!! They're also very accommodating even for a walk in nail trim!!

I took my dogs here to get groomed. They didn’t cut either of my dogs hair as requested . They also said one of my dogs was too scared of the clippers so thats the reason for nothing being done with her. I get if my dog was scared and they could not complete. But shes been there three times and this is the first they mentioned this. However they still charged me full price for services they didn’t even perform. On top of that no one who works here or even the customers Inside DO NOT WEAR MASK (i was looked at crazy for wearing mine) nor is this company enforcing mask must be worn. So if you want to support a business that does not perform requested services but still charges you for them and clearly does not care about your health or wellbeing this is the place for you.
