Wow, I almost lost my horse, but you wouldn’t come out for him. Very disappointed. I had not taken your company of veterinarians off as my vets of choice.

My daughter and I were in urgent need of veterinary evaluation of an older pony, who looked like he might have an infectious disease. My daughter's regular veterinarian was out of state, and the covering veterinarian was not available, so, on the recommendation of my veterinarian in Santa Cruz, I contacted Starwood Equine. Stacey, in the office, and Dr. Matheny, in the field, were exceedingly helpful, and although we weren't regular clients, they worked us into to an already full afternoon schedule. Dr. Matheny was very thorough in examining the pony and provided lab results to us within 36 hours. Our experience with Starwood was outstanding in every way. I recommend Starwood Equine very, very highly.

Dr. Cara Wright is not only extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with, but she is very in tune with each horse she works on. She does an incredibly detailed write up after she comes and treats the horse, and always follows up after her visit. It’s so nice to have such an involved veterinarian available who truly cares about the health of my own competition horses, as well as my clients horses.

they were so helpful making sure you got the appointment on the same day . didn’t really tell you about all the hidden charges made sure they get your credit card on file so we can just not tell you how much when she got there seemed new and clueless and half the time telling me how this wasn’t an emergency instead of doing anything after $550 I knew less more confused are selling a lot of services hoping that you’ll fall for it wow everything that my trainer said this woman went against it was sad to see young lady used to upswell services knowing that we’re desperate that’s why the old time that is just so powerful I pray for them her attitude All knowing without doing anything really still don’t know what’s wrong with my heart for about another $5000 you’ll find out well she just needed some rest. Very disappointing your wallet

quite competent however to get fired as a client after years for a late fee of $15 dollars is trite and seems not very customer friendly
