Really happy with my experience!! I have a Boerboel pup about 150lb, Brody. Originally I was hoping to find someone who could watch him at our house. Unfortunately that didn't work out because of his size, strength and he was showing some reactive tendencies. Springbrook was referred to me by a local dog sitter. When I visited the facility it was very clean and well maintained, which made the idea of leaving my "boy" much more palatable. I spoke at great lengths with the owners about my dog and his potential aggressive behavior at times. The owner trains and shows Rottweilers, so this was not a deal breaker as I originally anticipated. When I brought dog in, we placed him in his kennel allowing him to settle in, then the owner let him out and started to work with him. At first I was very nervous as to his reaction, but it wasn't long and he was listening to commands and behaving himself. ... Thanks again Springbrook!!!

This is a great kennel. Very clean and well kept. Very friendly staff and reasonably priced. Wouldn’t take Charlie anywhere else. As a side note, we actually did work on the building when a severe storm came through. Just a great place

I have been using Springbrook Boarding Kennel in Wilmington, IL for the past year and I could not be more pleased with the care they provide for my two dogs, Bobby and Turner. Erica, Taylor and the staff are incredibly friendly and make me feel like I’m leaving my pets with extended family. The kennel is always clean, and the dogs get plenty of exercise indoors and out. The prices are also very reasonable. I would highly recommend Springbrook Boarding Kennel to anyone looking for a reliable and caring place to board their pets.

Love having a place I can trust with my dogs when I travel!

Very happy with Sringbrook Kennel. I have boarded my 3 dogs (2 border collies & a chocolate lab) for the 4th time this year, and have their next stay booked. It is such a relief to know my pups are well cared for when I travel. Btw all 3 dogs are under 5 years old, so lots of energy! Those always come home happy & healthy.

Family run, always the same people, it takes the stress out of pet care when you want to relax on a trip.

I found Springbrook kennels on the google search while looking for a place to Board my dog while I left the country for vacation. I was immediately put at ease by the owners when being shown around the facility. I’ve never left my dog with anyone so I was worried how she would be. I of course checked in with the owners while on vacation and they always gave me great feedback and even sent pictures to me. Great prices for such excellent care. I found other places that were cheaper in price but in no way did they compare to how often the dogs go out or to even have play time. Definitely worth spending a little more on such excellent care! Will definitely use in the future

Fantastic! Just used them for the first time, and for the first time my 2 year old GSD has ever been boarded. He was there for 6 days and seemed to have loved it. They even sent me a text and pictures the first day to let me know all was good. The facility is super clean, large and modern. I could not be more pleased. The owners are also extremely nice and personable. I would not hesitate to use again or recommend.
