Spoiled Rotten is Benny's home away from home. Every morning he runs to the door for pick up for daycare and comes home pooped. Jenna and her whole team are amazing. They are so responsive, professional and consistent and I know Benny is in the best hands and I have nothing to worry about. Benny is my first pup and Jenna has been my sherpa on all things along the way. I cannot say enough good things and highly recommend them!

Absolutely obsessed with Jenna and her team. I’ve sent my boy to them for nearly
two years and the way the accommodate my schedule and take care of him is absolutely phenomenal. Worth every penny. He comes home smiling and exhausted from all of his activities and I know he’s always safe and happy in their care.

The way Jenna has communicated with me through various moments of my own anxiety has been beyond exceptional. It’s hard to leave my boy Charles behind on occasions but she constantly puts my mind at ease with notes, photos and videos. Grateful and blessed doesn’t even begin to describe how I feel knowing Jenna and her crew are always there for us. Could not recommend this place more 12/10. If you’re looking for a place that will give your baby everything they need and more than even you could probably conger, look no further. Literally the best place to have for any fur baby in all of Chicago, and then some.

Jenna and the team are great!! We’ve been using Spoiled Rotten since our dog was a puppy. We did a lot of training with him with them that turned him into a perfect dog! 5 years later we continua using the daily dog walking and occasional dog sitting.
Everyone on the team is very caring about our dog’s health and well being. Couldn’t be happier with their service.

We have a shy Bernese Mountain Dog who has been going to Spoiled Rotten for close to a year now for daycare and overnight stays. Jenna and team have done amazing things for his behavior; he’s more social now and much more comfortable with strangers. Jenna and her team also really appreciate and love him for who he is, and he has absolutely flourished because of it. I honestly don’t think we can take him anywhere else - this is his favorite place in the world!
