Everything went well. I arrived the morning of her appointment at the transportation location. The paperwork was completed and my little girl was placed in the kennel and ready to head to Dallas. When I arrived to pick her up the staff was very patient and informed me that she was doing well and went over all of the aftercare instructions and medications with me. My girl was well taken care of and has fully recovered without any issues.

Had a great experience overall with the Transport Surgery services.. Was definitely a first time and worth it! But only had one issue with the service. My Pup had a Rabies shot with the Last of the Puppy Vaccine package that was a couple months ago before the Surgery day. I wrote it on the Presurgery paperwork even wrote down the Tag number. I even texted them the Rabies Proof. For some reason they voided it! And went ahead and gave her the Rabies Vaccine without my consent. I am not sure why that was done, especially when I marked she had it done. So not sure. I wish I was given a Post surgery call so that I could have asked them. But it's all good. I just paid extra for that for no reason. Luckily she did just fine Post surgery. Everything else was just fine and great. 👍🏽

Overall good experience and very reasonably priced. I appreciated that a shuttle picked up and dropped off at the designated times. I knocked off a star because of a few things. First, there is no relief for cats...you must bring them in a carrier, and they are 100% going to come back sitting in their own urine. (They did put newspaper in, which is something.) Second, I clearly marked all over the forms that this was a stray cat I was having neutered, so they were supposed to tip his left ear, but they didn't do that. And finally, I put on the form that I wanted to purchase the e-collar for $5, and I was charged for it, but I didn't receive the e-collar. So there were a few hiccups but I appreciate SNN so much for their service. Worth the hiccups for sure.

The whole experience was easy and affordable. I needed my small dog fixed and they were able to do it quickly. When I picked him up he was happy and not in pain. I used the transport service this time and the gentleman who was driving and taking the paperwork was friendly and smiling the whole time. Talk about a relief!! I highly recommend.

Thank you so much for taking care of my big 4 year old 150lb
German Shepherd. He was not only neutered but was treated for his ear infection.
He is healing nicely from a week ago.
The cost was incredible when compared with other places.

My 3 girls needed to be fixed. Courteous and friendly employees. Staff explains in detail what they’ll do and details about the post op and what to expect. It was a great experience and how well they take care of the 4 legged patients. Maggie, Slinky and Margot are doing great!

Good experience. My 4 month old kitten was in heat and I was able to get her in on short notice to be spayed. The Clinic was clean, and the staff was kind. Drop off took around 30 minutes and pick up was quick. She healed nicely, thanks SNN!
