I’ve been bringing my dog here for maybe about 6-7 years and I’ve always had an overwhelmingly positive experience. My dog is very anxious yet she comes in here with her tail wagging and always leaves with a pep in her step. I know these groomers really care about her and do their best to keep her comfortable. I came in today and the groomer and front desk were so lovely and left her looking great. They took my concerns (old age related) into consideration and gave her a great cut + I can tell she feels so much better now. Thank you guys for always treating my little dog so well!!

Edit. I contacted the store the next day and asked for at least my tip back, was told I would hear from the owner and have not yet a week later.

I've added photos and I'm just more pissed. Now that I see what they did to her underbelly and hygiene areas, I'll be having to visit the vet. I'll tell you now, don't forget an appointment, they will take down payments from then on which equal at least half what you would've paid anyway, which I do agree with, as the groomer should be reimbursed for missed time. However, the just down right crappy attitude I get every single time I go in is just not helpful. It's hard enough to wrangle multiple dogs into a car to get to you, a smile would be nice. This last time my schnauzer was groomed beautiful, my border collie looks like Justin Bieber. She didn't need to get layers to the point where she looks like a malamute on Adderall. She literally looks like a medium sized pomeranian who got electrocuted. Not sure if they were just mad that I was late, but considering how much I paid them, not going back. FYI I've been there for several years, and I should've looked for someone else a long time ago.

Morgan has been my dog's only groomer for almost 10 years, since he was a pup. He's always anxious around new people and for appointments, but not for Morgan. She put him at ease way back then and she's had his trust ever since. When he's had injuries or just as he's gotten older, she's always been very mindful of him and any special attention he needs. We were quite lucky to find her, she's stuck with us.

The best experience I have ever had getting my dog groomed was at spawlash! All the groomers are super friendly and kind making me want to go back just because of the environment that surrounds the grooming salon. They have amazing grooms and good prices! 10/10 would recommend to everybody!

Our dogs Buddy, Cliff, and Charlie come here to get groomed. The staff here go above and beyond every-time to take great care of our loved pups. They come out looking amazing every time. I didn't end up bringing my dog here due to conflict of plans, but every interaction I had with the staff was extremely pleasant. They were very kind and professional. Once everything settles down, I will definitely be back and get to my appointment this time. 😊

Never bring your dogs to this horrible groomer. They cut my dog's neck! When I went to pick him up the groomer Leo didn't bring him out to me like he usually does the receptionist did, and my dog also didn't have a bandana on like they usually put on him after an appointment. After we got my dog back home he was acting very nervous and then we noticed that Leo had cut his neck very close and injured my dog. We called the store and they denied cutting him, they said that even though they didn't "hurt" him that they would pay for the vet bill. They had me send pictures of the injuries and still denied it

They have also killed two dogs (not my own), one was hung off the table years ago and another one escaped recently and was hit by a car!

I’m a last minute type hooman and wanted to get my two pups in for a grooming before the weekend!

That is where Morgann at Spawlash came to the rescue!

She has a good business idea to accommodate the working hooman and open later.

Well thankfully she did because I was able at a reasonable price to get my pups groomed and let me tell ya!

It is the best they have ever been groomed!

They smell good and more importantly look like two freshly made pups!

Not a single hair out of place and the way she shaped my one pups hair is so stinking adorable!

I will be a repeat customer and you all should consider giving your business here as I feel she ultimately gave my pups amazing care and was crazy accommodating to get two medium sized pups in within hours!
