I had a great experience with Sonya! I have a 2 year old Rottweiler who is a very sweet dog, but also extremely stubborn. I have had big dogs my whole life, but he is my first Rottweiler. When my normal training that I used to do with my Boxers did not work with him, I knew I needed help. Sonya was recommended to me and I couldn’t be happier and more grateful for all the help and guidance that she provided! I did a consultation with her and even after the consultation, I was able to get some basic direction on what to do. I then chose to do her five week obedience course and it has been phenomenal! He just finished his last class with her this week and his behavior has improved immensely!

My wife and I have used Sonya’s services on multiple occasions for our very energetic yellow Labrador. These services include a 3 week board and train program, puppy kindergarten, and boarding services when we are out of town. Sonya is very professional, friendly, and thorough in her training. Our dog LOVES visiting and working with her, she is as accommodating and knowledgeable as they come.

Sonya is such a great instructor. She is so patient and calm with the pets and the owners.
She really teaches the dog owners how to train the dogs well and how to stop bad behaviors and promote good behaviors. Without bribing the animals. Which I love. My dog was so shy and scared in the beginning I had to carry her into the classroom. She has blossomed so much and behaves so well.

We used Sonya’s services for both of our puppies. Doggie kindergarten for both and with our older girl we did the advanced class to work on leash work and both were amazing. She’s very patient and now I am able to walk two large breed dogs by myself outside!

Most recently we used her boarding services. Our youngest dog has severe anxiety and does not do well with strangers or in different environments so safe to say we were nervous having to leave town. There’s nobody else we would trust with our pups! She sent updates to ease our mind which helped a lot! Thank you Sonya!

I did a board and train with my stubborn Labrador, Molly. Sonya is kind and caring and treats your dog like it is her own. She provides daily updates, including photos, weekly progress videos, as well as a full review of progress and training class to be sure the established good habits carry through when at home upon pick up. The videos are a great tool after the sessions are complete to review the techniques because you are in training as well to learn how to work with your dog to establish good behavior.

Absolutely fantastic. I am what you would call a “helicopter mom” and would in a heart beat trust Sonya with my pup. She has great knowledge and understanding of dogs as well has nothing but the dogs respect.

I have a pup mix who is going through his terrible teen years it seems. Sonya has provide me with fantastic tools to get through the hard times. And has assured me she is always a call away if I need her! Absolutely fantastic training classes at about an hour long each week. Would highlyyyy recommend to anyone and everyone.

Horrible experience. We missed the first class, but were told to still come to the second class. We then sat and watched for 30 minutes as the instructor practiced with every dog multiple times, except ours. Because “he isn’t ready”, when literally all the lady was doing was walking in a straight line. There was also a very aggressive dog there barking and trying to bite at others dogs throats. We also asked for water for our dog who was hyperventilating and the lady just said “no I’m not getting him water, he’s fine”. Terrible terrible experience all around. Not to mention the fact that there is an ash tray filled with half smoked blunts and joints sitting on the front porch right where you walk in for the business. Joke of an establishment do not come here

I would highly recommend taking all of her classes to anyone that truly wants the best chance at a well trained dog!!!
She really does a great job and wants everyone to succeed!!
