They went above and beyond with my best friend of 16 years. They told me exactly what was wrong and was real with me on the outcome we had coming. They gave me meds for her cough and it really helped her in her final moments. They went the extra mile when it came to her cremation 🥺😭 it was absolutely beautiful. I tried so hard to get these prints of her feet but because I was crying so hard and was not able to press her little paws down to do it. I was so sad I didn't have those to remember her by.. mind you I didn't tell them this. Somehow they must have known because this Clinic not only GOT me the paw print but they even did a print of her foot print in clay 🥺❤️ this melted my heart then I seen the card signed by everyone! That was so heartfelt and I absolutely appreciate all of it. I will keep it forever the poem you chose was spot on and I loved it.

So I made the initial appointment to have my cat Oscar looked at and they were weeks out for a booking. That’s great I thought they must have a lot of clients. I did get a bad vibe from the front desk reception person but still made the appt. I thought about this for a while and decided that id Call around for a vet with sooner availability’s, my cat may have been pretty sick. So I’m now shelled elseware and I called to cancel with the solid Fock place and again was answered with a rushed and sort of rude front seat person. So I don’t even want to think about what kind of vet I’d be dealing with and don’t want to traumatise Oscar. First oression is very important and if this is the first person a new client has to deal with then she should get a job with a credit card company or a debt collector, Not dealing with customer service . Poor bedside manner in general, and I opted to find another vet. So I guess the actual vet service might have gone either way but I’ll never know. Hope yall have a better experience with the front desk.

Don't call on them for emergency euthanasia. They won't help. My pet pig suffered all night before passing. Even if you're booked, I'm sure clients will understand if you need to take 20 minutes to end a pets suffering when it's actively failing. Instead you said I'd have to wait 4 days, and were cold and unsympathetic. I had to watch my pet suffer. I was already a client and would have gladly paid more for an emergency euthanasia. I will never ever recommend you to anyone.

I will always bring my animals to Dr. Hodapp from now on! Him and his staff are so helpful and friendly. Despite the economic situation we’re currently in, they have the best prices too! I brought 2 kittens I rescued back in the summer, for their neuter consult yesterday. But thanks to Dr. Hodapp we found out they were actually females. 😂 we all laughed and I felt so comfortable! I’ve never met a veterinarian so kind and compassionate that genuinely cares for your animals. Bring your fur babies here, you won’t regret it! 🐾❤️

We had an out-of-town visitor at the house with her ailing pup. She had many miles to travel and needed a vet's attention before heading onwards. Solid Rock Clinic got her seen immediately with care, concern, and kind service. Dog was thoroughly examined, treated, and they went on with confidence. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Very happy with Solid Rock Veterinary clinic. Dr. Allen Hodapp is very good and well liked by many. I heard about him from my students. Update: Neuter done on young dog and procedure is the best I have seen. Highly recommend Solid Rock! Update: very knowledgeable and easy to work with.
