These ladies did such a good job grooming my Gidget. This was our first time going through them. They squeezed me in last minute, were at my house on time, worked quickly, and did exactly what I asked for! She smells great and I love the way they did her haircut for me. They did her nails, cleaned her face and I could see they did brush her teeth for me as well. I’m very happy and so is Gidget ❤️

The only groomer I trust for my Maltipoo. Amiee is professional and efficient. I drive 30 minutes each way just to get her groomed at Soggy Doggy

I am just going to mimic the review below. No response from business. We thought we had a regular NEW groomer after using soggy doggy about three times and now cant't get a response by telephone or text. Both my husband and myself have called over the past few weeks. My pet is suffering which is sad. Maltese/shitzu mixes need trims. She is uncomfortable.... Makes me wonder if there is something wrong with your phone? or if you just got to busy? Either way, customers deserve a reply. Thanks ?

She is not very responsive. She serviced my Pomeranian once. I’ve tried to book again multiple times due to the convenience of not having to drive to Merced and she has not replied. A simple yes or no would have been appreciated.

Horrible if you use this service you will be waiting your money Awful I paid $80 for 10 minutes to groom my dog he looks the same still wet it’s better to pay $25.00 at pet smart no brushing the worst service ever I want a refund Ángel your a layer my dog has not and does not bite your lying you spent less then 10 min on my dog and did nothing I want my money back. Do not use this service they are a scam my dod is a pug 7 years old and has never bit and would not bite if you had any compassion you would refund my money you did a ten minute bath no ear cleaning no brushing no oral care the worst service ever!!! If there was a Zero star you would get it horrible people they hit your dogs and treat them really bad STAY AWAY

I loved soggy doggy mobile pet salon, this was my first time using them and they did a wonderful job with my beagle. she looks, and smells wonderful! The owner was also very accommodating and the price is fair for everything included, I would highly recommend her especially during this pandemic. Thank you for all that you do!

They arrived on time for our scheduled appointment for the bath and grooming of our pit bull/lab mix. The ladies were very good and gentle with this big dog and when they were finished and he came walking up the sidewall, we thought we saw a big smile on our dog. I tell he did smell real good and his fur was very soft. I highly recommend these ladies to give your pet some professional attention. Thank You Ladies.

First time having this service done for our puppy's. Full service for $60.00 each pet, my total was $120.00 plus tip They did not trim anything on our dogs. When we asked to shave more on the private area they left it the same. I called her to see if she would do the courtesy to fix the trim, she said that it did not include in the price. Plus we tipped her $20.00 she has no customer service with clients. The owner did not do anything to make it better and for sure I would not recommend her to anyone. Make sure she text what includes because 1st initial call she said included trim, now she said she never said that. She lasted no more than 7 min on each dog. Petsmart does a way better job. I live supporting small bussiness but her etiquette needs to change.
