I had an outstanding experience at Soggy Dog Grooming! The staff was incredibly professional and attentive, making sure my pet felt comfortable throughout the entire grooming process. They paid great attention to detail and handled my pet with such care. They also are great at providing updates.I highly recommend Soggy Dog Grooming for anyone looking to give their furry friend a top-notch grooming experience! Also they gave me dog the cutest tie.

I brought both of my dogs and had a great experience. One of my dogs is aggressive. I was up front with them and they were willing to give him a try without any promises. I brought him in with a muzzle and slightly sedated. The groomer did a fantastic job and my pup wasn't traumatized at all, he even got comfortable with them. They couldn't trim his face completely with the muzzle but they did some trimming and I couldn't be more pleased! With time and frequent visits, I'm sure my pup would get more comfortable. My dog had been to two other groomers before and wouldn’t allow them to groom her, but Soggy Dog was able to do it! She is a very anxious breed and older now, so she can be a little reactive. Grace made her feel comfortable from the moment we arrived, and she did a wonderful job grooming her. If you have a dog that can be anxious about grooming I highly recommend them.

I have been looking for a groomer to stay loyal to but never really found “the one” until I went to Soggy Dog. I always love how my dogs turn out! One of the groomers moved out of state but did a great job communicating with our new groomer during the transition, and the latest results were even better than I imagined without having to explain much up front. Really appreciate that! My dogs have never been cuter. This pic does not even come close to doing them justice but I have been staring at them for a week now screaming to them how cute they are… 🙂 Thank you Lynn! We love the feathers in Milkshake’s hair and the necktie on Eddy… unbelievably cute and unique! Thanks for dressing up Ernie too although he has a lot less tolerance for accessories than the littles hehe. Really really happy and impressed and wanted you and everyone else to know!

I have been taking my Doodle and Scottie to Soggy dog for a few years. I trust them, and love pick up time with pups hanging together, looking dapper with their new groom, and bandanas! This friday I took my pups there, and requested some special treatment for my pup Fletcher, my older dood who usually gets clipped. I spoke with Kelly who stepped up and heard every word I requested. I connected with her right away! Wow! So pleased! Thank you Kelly and Soggy dog!

They really messed up our Khloe haircut. We showed them a picture of how we wanted her to look which was with a little shorter hair than originally (see pic) and they took everything off without calling us that it's what they were going to do. Their excuse was that she was knotted, but still really!?
I asked for a refund a lady said with a rude voice "THAT'S NOT GOING TO HAPPEN AND THAT I WOULD LOOSE IF WE WERE TO FILE A LAWSUIT"
keep your money, go somewhere else! Terrible experience... I will contact the business owner...
