I can't say enough good things about Softpaws Pet Spa! From start to finish, the level of compassion and care they provided was exceptional. My little rescue poodle, Benson, usually gets very anxious when he has to be left alone, but the 1:1 attention he received made such a difference. He was the only dog in the shop during his grooming session, which allowed him to feel safe, relaxed, and truly cared for. The standards of practice here are top-notch—Suzie clearly has a heart for animals and treats them with incredible gentleness.

And the transformation? Wow! Benson came home looking like a whole new dog. If you’re looking for a groomer who combines skill with a genuine love for pets, look no further. Check out the before and after photos—you won't believe the difference! 🐾✨

I had taken my two dogs out for a day of adventure. We finished it up with a bath and nail trimming. My brown/white cattle dog/pity/huskie mut HATES getting his nails trimmed. He usually takes a few nibbles and requires a muzzle of sorts. Suzie and her team run such an incredible facility, they were able to take care of him without needling to muzzle. They don’t have kennels so they never feel trapped and even appeared as to be smiling after their little spa treatment. I would highly recommend them to anyone that has dogs with anxiety issues or just wants a great spot their pets will love to be groomed at.

SoftPaws is amazing!!! They worked with my anxious and rambunctious husky and did a wonderful job keeping him calm and happy through his appointment. His coat looks beautiful! I love how they don’t use kennels, you can tell they really want to keep it a positive experience for your pup! Couldn’t recommend them more! I will definitely be a returning client.

We had a really great experience taking our dog, Molly to Soft Paws for a doggie spa day. She had never been to a groomer before so we weren't sure what to expect. They took really great care of her and got all of her coat extremely fluffy and brushed out so she looked so much better from all of the clumps she had before. She had a lot of fear from the dryer so they took a lot of extra time to towel dry and brush her to make her feel comfortable which we really appreciated because we know that it took them extra time but I know it made Molly feel more comfortable. I would absolutely recommend taking your animals to Soft Paws because they really care about the comfort of your pets!

Brooke is absolutely amazing! Her care and love for dogs is apparent, I appreciate her taking her time with Daisy! She always looks beautiful when she leaves Soft Paws! Not to mention the photos shoots and pictures she sends every time.

We took our two Australian Shepherds (7 and 1 year olds) to SoftPaws ' new salon and it was an incredible experience. They were so happy at pickup and looked immaculate. Both of our Aussies tend to be a little anxious but were clearly more comfortable than in previous grooming environments. They really take wonderful care of the pets you entrust with them and I couldn't recommend them enough!

Definitely FIVE stars!! Especially for Cat Grooming. We took our sweet Kitty Kira to see Susie at SoftPaws Pet Spa & Boutique. Online booking process and check-in were easy. The studio was inviting and comfortable. Despite Kira being a long-haired beauty, Suzie was thorough and even provided me with a few tips on how to keep Kira's coat manageable between groomings. We will definitely be back.

Kyle at Suzie SoftPaws does such an amazing job with my fur babies!! Very grateful to have found him!!
