We use the Suite for our 3 German Shepherds and are very happy with it! The staff is familiar with & comfortable with large dogs and it shows. I have no worries about their care when we travel. Highly recommend!

Taking my baby here was the best decision ever!!! They did wonderful with me and her. Gave me the knowledge I needed for my new puppy. Was so patient answeing my questions. They even fixed the car seat for me...lol The staff is so awesome!!!

Our rescue Gramps has seen Dr. Brooks and we can’t say one bad thing about him. He is very knowledgeable and cares for the animals he sees. We continue to go to Snowflake and haven’t had any issues.

My family and I have been coming to Snowflake for years. Its family owned, so its been the same friendly staff over the years. Lately, I've been coming here for boarding and veterinarian services for my cats. Dr Brooks, one of the veterinarians here, is excellent! I find he has a real calming presence that makes me feel at ease and he explains things really well.
I board my cats here too. I have no complaints about the boarding and my cats always seem healthy and happy when I pick them up.
Overall, I can recommend Snowflake to others and have been really happy with their level of care, their services, and the cost.

Through the Milford animal shelter I was told to bring a beautiful injured stray cat that was abandoned in my neighborhood to Snowflake Pet Center. I have never been there before. I called after trapping the cat and I talked to a women named Cheryl and she was amazing ,kind and compassionate. Cheryl told me what to do as I have never done this before. She was so caring and knowledgeable and understood that this was truly difficult for me. My first impression was I was thankful I had someone who truly loved animals and gave me so much support. Now I wait for the veterinarians to tell me if she/ he will make it and can hopefully be adopted. Thank you Cheryl for showing me that there are good people in this world. Very happy with the care our dog was given, the way we were treated especially how everything was explained to us , as well as pleasant conversation, and that we weren't rushed out . Also had the pleasure of meeting and talking to one of the owners , she also took time to sit with us and talk.

We’ve brought our dogs here several times for boarding and they are amazing! Also very accommodating to last minute reservations which is so helpful. Our dogs come back happy and snowflake has even managed to bathe them there, which is amazing as our little dog is extremely nervous and scared of everyone.

A really great place that does grooming, boarding and veterinary care. Really surprised by the bad reviews. No matter what service I get here, it’s great. Dr. Brooks is a FANTASTIC veterinarian who is patient and thorough. I love this place.

Looking at the 1 star reviews, they are all obviously fake. Most are from people with 5 or fewer reviews, and most if not all of the other reviews aren’t even in Connecticut. Really saddens me to see such defamation of a great business.
