I had ordered a part for what I thought was a heel o matic but when I got it i couldn't make it work. I talked with Christy at Smarty retaii who was really helpful and through pictures I sent discovered I had a hot heels not heel o matic. Another senor moment!! Any way she was quite gracious and gave me a number for hot heels and instructions for returning the part I bought. Would not hesitate to recommend Smarty

This store is so clean, well stocked, and offers great customer service. I love the variety of products and that Purina feeds are available in the area now. Even when I'm shopping for my horses I tend to find great gifts when I need them. The coffee and jerky bar always get me on the way out!

The Southern Alberta Intercollegiate Rodeo Team just purchased a Smarty Bulldogger from Smarty Supply Co. What an incredible crew they have there, could not have asked for the entire transaction to go any better! My wife Joy and I mentor this college rodeo team and we pre-arranged this purchase, and then we decided to drive the 2000 miles to pick up, and spent a couple weeks in the Great State Of Texas!!
