This place is great especially if you staying with pups. Nice size backyard and additional playground for dogs. Room was clean and warm, very spacious There is a little bit of drive to downtown. It wasn’t an issue for us. Will definitely stay again

5/5 great stars. A perfect little stop on the side of the road. Very clean, newly renovated, comfortable beds. We were getting in late and needed a place to crash. Your room code is sent to you in text so you never have to go to the office, but staff are available if you need them. Don’t be scared by the motel or outside- the room is a clean, great little room.

I was pleasantly surprised when I was forced to book this room. My truck decided to die while driving back to the Springs, and because it was already dark and freezing, I was forced to find shelter.

I booked through Booking.com and immediately got text confirmation from the property, along with contact info and door code.

This is a roadside motel. No pool. No breakfast. Great for budget minded and families that are here for the outdoors stuff. The room was clean. It was updated with a clean and modern bathroom. The bed was comfy and the sheets were clean. The floor was tiled and clean.

I travel a lot, and this motel was out of my Hilton comfort zone, but I was surprised. The property and room were super clean!

We came this way from Iowa to fish a part of CO we never have before. The rooms were warm and welcoming. The manager was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We would 100% stay here again!

This is a motel where some updating has taken place. However it’s in need of some more maintenance and updates. The beds were comfortable and having the large dog run in the back was very convenient. The floor could’ve been a bit more clean upon arrival. We never got hot water out of the bathroom sink. And we didn’t use the shower to know if there was hot water there. Overall, it fit our basic needs, but I expected more for the price.

King bed was the most comfy ever!!! Roku tv stinks! Loved the patio, but Room 6 has no gate that opens to the dog area!!! Price was too high! No ice machine! We love staying Here, quiet and location. Price is too high.

Dog Owners dream Inn! Traveling with our dogs, came across this pet friendly Inn. Had no idea the patio room was gated and opened up to a larger dog run/park fenced in area. The pups were in heaven going from the room, to the patio and when they needed to go potty, we just let them into the dog run area and then cleaned up after them. Priceless! Dog towels and blankets were also provided. There is an additional pet fee per dog per day that were happy to pay for the convenience and amenitites!

Also, wanted to stay an extra day and it was so easy to text the management and get it squared away. Everything was labeled easily. Contactless check-in and check-out. Convenient and Simple! This is the way things should be.
