Sit Means Sit Training has been great for our us and our dogs! We first brought our rescue dog Benji, who was terrified of the world and struggled with fear and anxiety. He still struggles sometimes but since bringing him to Sit Means Sit he has become much more confident and has been doing so much better. After Benji did the four day day and train program, we also brought our other dog, Chili, for training as well and he has been doing great too. As a first time dog owner with a dog like Benji, Sit Means Sit has been so helpful and we are incredibly thankful. Thank you Sandi, Carolyn and Meg!

We have been bringing our dog to sit means sit since the week we brought her home. I had gone through the program 12 years ago with a previous dog at a location that no longer exists. I contemplated trying to train her on my own but I’m so glad I didn’t. Sandy, Carolyn and Meg are far more thorough than my previous experience. They have all made themselves available to help and problem solve through anything I’ve thrown their way. They even let me bring my baby to our initial training sessions and worked around his schedule. He crawled all over the place and Sandy was so understanding and helpful. We train and board here and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. You get what you put into this program. You have to do the work and you can trust that these amazing ladies will hold you accountable in order to get your dog to the best possible level. We love sit means sit and will be customers for life.

Absolutely amazing experience. Professionals who truly care about you and your furry friend. They help lay a great foundation to build great obedience and skills on. This goes without saying any dog training also requires pet parents to put their work in to see lasting results! Highly recommend and will use for all new dogs we get in the future!

Sandy, Carolyn, and the team are incredible. My husband and I adopted a 2 yr. Old malinois that needs a lot of “work time”. Before we started training, our dog was really reactive and impossible to walk. Sit means sit has made our life with him so much better. We loved not only the four day intensive workshop, but the on-going weekly classes have been a game-changer. We were nervous about the investment when we started, and would 100% spend the money again.

We can now walk our dog on or off- leash with lots of distractions near by, and have no reactivity issues. We feel equipped to not only give our dog what he needs, but feel confident taking him to public spaces and on long hikes. We will never go to another trainer, we’ve found our people.

This facility is amazing! I drool every time I walk through their training room to their pool. Sit Means Sit is a wonderful company. We received training at another location and that location recommended we come here for the pool. We are amateur swimmers and likely have no future in dock diving but the experience here has been wonderful compared to some other pool rentals in the area. Their staff are very responsive and helpful over phone and email and promptly get us booked or update our records as needed. They do have everything for more serious dock divers including the air retrieve rig. They have even lent us a dog life vest when I forgot ours. We don’t come as often as we would like because budget is tight but something we look forward to each summer. Hidden gem!

I have been taking my mini golden doodle, Alice, to Sit Means Sit, for a little over 2 years(since she was 5 months old). I started with individual training, and have continued with group class. The level of training, for both dog and owner, is exceptional. Sandy, Carolyn, and Megan are all incredible trainers, demonstrating knowledge, patience and consistency. Going there, almost, weekly has been pivotal in her behavior and training. Because the level of training she’s received there, she has successfully completed the Good Canine Citizenship program and has also become a certified therapy dog. I can not say enough good things about the program, trainers and staff at Sit Means Sit.

Sandy and the team here are tremendous. We did the 4 day, day training program and now come to group class weekly. We have a 4 year old very energetic, reactive Golden Retriever. Carolyn has been amazing with teaching Enzo and helping me understand how best to work with him at home and in different environments. He is making consistent progress. Carolyn has gone above and beyond and has exceeded all of my expectations. Highly recommend this Sit Means Sit team!
