I have always loved their inventory, but have you recently noticed all of the trash and dust bunnies all over the floor? I’ve never seen a store covered in trash and dust like this, it’s gross. Sad that management doesn’t seem to care about cleanliness and the appearance of the place

I absolutely love shopping at Sierra, especially when I’m traveling. They always have unique items that I can’t typically find at my local store. I’ve found some fantastic deals, and as always, I enjoy the overall shopping experience. It’s a great spot to discover something new and get great value.

The store was a little smaller than expected but they still had the inventory well organized. Can't beat the prices on name brand coats and shoes. Very busy when I visited.

Purchased a toy remote control car for my daughter for Christmas. Put brand new batteries in the car and remote and the car did not work. The car was defective at the time of purchase. I tried to return the car to the store and the store refused to accept return, saying that the car was not in its original condition. I asked how i altered the original condition of the car and was told that putting the batteries in the car and remote altered the original condition. I was told to look up the manufacturer of the car and figure out how to deal with them. There is now sign or other warning at this store that if you purchase a defective item you will be responsible for figuring out how to get the defective item replaced. The car was put back in its original packaging before I tried to return it. This is an unfair and deceptive business practice.

If I could give negative stars I would. Tried to return an 3-in-one charger (with my receipt) that was purchased last week and does not work AT ALL only to be told that I can't return used electronics. I said "but it's a faulty item and does not work" and the manager told me they don't take electronics that have been used and I needed to call the manufacturer. NO WHERE on the receipt OR in the store does it say this. She refused to refund me. I said to her "so if I had lied and just said that I didn't want it anymore you would have refunded me?" and she said "yes". But instead since I was honest and told her it was faulty so no one else has this issue, she won't refund me. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING AT SIERRA AGAIN. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION - THEY LIKE TO MAKE UP THEIR OWN RULES.

We live on the East Coast & don't have a Sierra near us. This was our first experience actually shopping in the store. Staff was super friendly. Store was clean and organized. Great deals everywhere.

Great merchandise but impossible to buy it! There is always a long line for the register. I stopped coming on weekends. Now, Tuesday afternoon, one register 5 people in front of me. When will I learn.

Ugh, it is not that they don’t notice the line is long. As I was getting checked out, there were 5 people behind me. He counted 5 looking at the people but still didn’t call another person to ring at the register. Is the threshold 6 people before they call for assistance? One would think the employee a couple registers over playing with tags could help out?

Not a fun interaction.
The store will not stand behind and take care of a problem with a small lock I bought, opened, and found it does not work. I bought two and one works fine. Because I opened it from heavy molded plastic packaging, it's not their problem, it is my problem. I have to find the manufacturer or distributor and go to them for satisfaction, Sierra does not help with new things they sell and do not work. Somehow I was supposed to know it did not work before I opened it. (?)
I engaged with two "managers" and they will not help me, it's my problem because I bought it at Sierra.
