I found Shanti Canine Spa after reading a Facebook review. I wish I would have found Amanda years ago! Our Golden Retriever Roxy shed horribly and we have tried several groomer’s and they had her there for hours and hours. She would come home and be sick. The stress of chaotic grooming environments was too much for her. Then we found Shanti Canine Spa. It’s peaceful and spa like when you drop off and pick up! No barking and no chaos! Amanda takes such great care with her and it shows! She no longer gets sick or pouts after a groom and the real bonus…she doesn’t shed. She no longer has hot spots and looks absolutely beautiful. I will never take her anywhere else. Thank you Amanda!

This was my Kirby’s first visit to Shanti Canine Spa. I spoke w Amanda prior to our visit about his anxiety issues at the groomer. She was very professional & caring and listened to all my concerns. I’m not sure what happened while I was gone. All I know is that I literally had to drag him out when it was time to leave. He obviously enjoyed his experience. I’m grateful to Amanda for taking her time w our pup and making him feel at ease.

Maggie Mae's first visit here was amazing. We appreciated that they were efficient with her, as she is a 13 y/o, easily stressed, rescued gal. You can see she looks clean and calm right after her appointment. We're very pleased with the groom and will totally be coming back! Everyone was super nice and the salon looked very clean. Really excited to have a great groomer after moving to the area!

Shanti Canine Spa did an absolutely amazing job grooming my border collie. I’ve taken my fur boi there for couple of times now. He always come out looking fluffy, clean, and so well-groomed! The staff was incredibly friendly, patient, and clearly experienced with handling long-haired breeds like mine. You can tell they truly care about the pets they work with. This will be my regular grooming spot for my fur boi. Highly recommend!

Amazing groomer! Finally!! We were bringing our fur baby to another groomer in the area, but we realized they weren't the right fit for us. I am soooo glad we switched. Amanda is wonderful. She's kind, calm, and very thorough. She asked about Millie's age, health, and looked at pictures of cuts we liked. She made sure we were happy and made sure we wouldn't hesitate to tell her if there was something we'd like changed or touched up. I'm simply blown away with her level of care and services. I never thought I'd find a groomer to replace the one we had in Palatine before we moved, but Amanda exceeded all our expectations! Millie was so comfortable with Amanda and her husband, who seems just as caring as her. They make an unbeatable team!!!❤️🐶
