I’ve been taking my pups to Shampooches for over three years. After a terrible experience at Petco, where my dogs came home traumatized, I switched to Shampooches , and I couldn’t be happier. The staff/owner are absolutely fabulous , wonderful and incredibly friendly, and I always love the pictures they post of all the pups online with season-appropriate backgrounds. My dogs always come home smelling great and looking runway-ready. They are also very accommodating with scheduling, always making it work for my needs. The pricing is good as well. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

We have been coming to Shampooches for almost 8 years. We used a few other groomers before finding Alicia but none were as kind to our pups nor did they listen to how we wanted our pups groomed. Our doodle absolutely loves his spa days and starts whining with joy as soon as we are a street away from the building! Alicia and Cassie are welcoming and truly care about our pup and make him feel welcome! This is very important to us! We are so glad to have found Shampooches Dong Grooming and will go nowhere else!!

This place is amazing the girls that work there are so sweet they took great care of my dog. I was sceptical with taking my baby to smaller groomers because of a bad experience I had at the place called unleashed in bethalto which is the nastiest place ever but this place was great they even painted her nails which I thought was so cute. I will definitely be using shampooches from now on!!
