My dogs adore being groomed here so I tried the dog training. Did an elite pkg with Haylee and had the best time learning and experiencing my dogs growth. I had doubts ma and my dog would get anywhere but it far exceeded any expectations and every result was positive. One of my dogs needed work in a number of areas. Haylee took time to first understand the issues I was experiencing, the desired results, and we discussed the way forward. The training evolved as we progressed. I felt no pressure to perform and my dog was immediately responsive. It was a collaborative effort and I took all my guidance from her. She didn't discount my other dogs during our home training and we incorporated the whole gang. Her well of patience and professionalism will make you forget she's so young. Or I'm just old. I learned to understand the behaviors not just look to correct it, and correct my own behaviors. Haylee has a very joyful and natural way with my dogs and a genuine desire to help the human foster the best relationship with their dog. A thoroughly joyful and successful experience.

One million time recommend Shaggy to Chic!!!! We were in town for the weekend so we dropped our baby off for one day of daycare and they were phenomenal!!! He had such a good day, the place is clean, doesn't wreak of urine and feces and the staff are wonderful. Our pup was exhausted when we got home from playing all day!!! If you're looking for a trustworthy doggy day care, that doesn't lock your baby up most of the day, Shaggy to Chic is the one!! Thank you again Shaggy!!! We will be back the next time we are in town!!

UPDATE- THE OWNER OF THE BUSINESS CALLED AND WE HAVE WORKED THIS ALL OUT. I even tried to help him with his cleaning! Not really, but we know now what they are doing to remedy these issues and so we will continue to use them for our fur baby......... our groomer here is so good with our dog, but this place smells of pet urine. Not sure I want to continue to do business here

My Standard Poodle loves Cody! Fred is a lot, to say the least and he is not an easy dog to groom. He is a resue with some issues. I am very thankful for Cody, he is patient and kind.

We used Haylee for training purposes with our dogs. I couldn’t have asked for a better trainer! She worked wonderfully with our dogs and made sure to show them love even while they’re working. She was also always willing to work around our crazy life schedule. I will always think and speak very highly about Haylee Rosas! If anyone is looking for an amazing dog trainer I 100% recommend her!!

This is the second boarding location we have tried in Amarillo and we were so pleased! Our dogs looked to have had a great time here! They got baths before we picked them up. Staff was helpful and had great communication; every person I spoke with on the phone was lovely and eager to help. We got multiple pictures everyday while we were gone and it definitely eased our minds. The business was clean and offered reasonable pricing for boarding. Your pet will definitely be in good hands here.

My dog has severe anxiety. I dropped him off and they had him playing and enjoying himself within a very short time. They sent pictures showing me how much fun he was having. My dog will be a regular!
