Super responsive and got back to me within minutes. Gave me daily updates. My border collie peaches really wanted to stay as she was with one of the Handlers.
Puppy came home and passed out on the couch. She also has become way more open with others and other dogs. One of the best decisions I have made!

I began bringing my dog to shag bark for monthly grooming. We loved how they left our Mini Goldendoodle after his grooms that we expanded to Daycare and now boarding. Our pup has a TON of energy and the daycare is definitely what he needed. Their staff is incredible there and very kind. My dog Koby is definitely a lifetime client of their going forward. I HIGHLY recommend Shag Bark.

I was so nervous to leave my doggie because I have not left him before. Brittany made me feel so much better, and I trusted them immediately. Bear was so well taken care of, and his haircut was the best one he has ever had. Also, the place is immaculate and well organized. I will bring Bear again to stay.

I’d give six stars if I could! One of our pups has been boarded with at Shag Bark five times at least, and our new puppy once. They love going in and come out happy! The friendly staff posts pics on Facebook daily, which is so nice to see while we’re away. Prices are very fair.
Last visit we got baths for them. The puppy’s first professional grooming. Sheen took their time with her so our pup would be relaxed and “not be afraid the next time she came for grooming”.
I highly recommend Shag Bark for your dog’s care while you are away and for grooming.

Our Baby, One year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel was new to boarding. She did great with the team from Shag Bark. They made her feel like she was at home. We are very happy with our experience. We will continue to use there services in the future.

Very happy with boarding, great job on shower and nail trim. However no doggie treats were given as requested. Would definitely board with Shag Bark again. Staff were caring and helpful.

The entire facility, Very Impressive, clean and well maintained. Brittany and her staff were Exceptional! Both of my boys looked great when being picked up after their retreat. I will be using Shag Bark Retreat and Spa in the future.

I take my dog a 9 month old puppy to Shagbark for doggie daycare 1-2 days a week and he seems to enjoy it!! Bonus that they will cut his nails or give him a bath if I request it while dropping off (for an additional charge).
I haven't had any problems so far and have recommended them to others.
