Store is okay. Mainly Clean, has a decent fish and invert selection. Husband and wife team. Husband is a lot more socialable and friendly. The woman not so much. She is kinda anti social and not very good with customers but is tolerable. They never pick up the phone. Overall the store is fine to visit and buy from but could definitely use some improvement on the customer service side.

Had a great experience! You can really tell this is the ladies passion. She was buzzing around taking care of the fish, helping customers and spreading a vast amount of knowledge that made sense! Most places I go sound like they are reciting a google script but not her! She’s very cut to the chase and so is the gentleman there also! My daughter got a snail for her tank and when it came time her undivided attentions was on helping her pick out a snail and getting proper food for the other fish inside the tank.
I’ve been to a few different stores and I can honestly say this is where I will continue to return to for all our families aquatic needs!

Decent fish, I understand they’re having issues with the shipping companies. Ive been keeping fish for a while but still ask some questions to hear people’s opinions. I don’t expect the world but for somebody who’s trying to sell these fish could you be a little more approachable? Jim, I’ve come to your store multiple times, braving rain and snow, and every time I have left with either fish or food in hand. I can’t chop your attitude up to a bad day. This shop would have so much more potential with just a more welcoming energy.

They are always so helpful, and I love that it’s a family business. I bought several great fish from them but my favorite is the beautiful large purple tang I got several months back along with a large rabbitfish. All the fish are doing great! Great place to get healthy fish and supplies. Thank you.

Picked up some plants and substrate. Sage was kind informative and friendly. My aquarium has been thriving and very satisfied with the suggested plants I got.

The store and tanks are kept looking nice and clean. All the fish and inverts I've bought here have been fairly priced and healthy. Their corals are a little expensive but they are top notch quality and decent size. There are other spots in town for tiny cheap frags if that's what you want. Some products may be priced a little high but they don't carry anything low quality and if you are shopping at a family business and expecting to get the best deal in town, I honestly don't know how to help you.

Ignore all the bad reviews. The owners are knowledgable and have always been nice, even when busy. If you think they are rude, try maintaining a few dozen tanks while customers who have obviously done no research and have no experience but still think they know better than you interrupt you to ask questions and then immediately dismiss your answers and advice. All while probably operating on razor thin profit margins.

Anyone who has had a negative interaction here probably has the same experience at every business they visit. If it smells like poo everywhere you go, check under your own shoe first.

Thanks for all the help these last few months!! My tank is gorgeous now and the chemistry perfect. No nitrates, nitrites, or ammonia, and a great collection of tropical beauties. The help along the way has been immensely valuable and I learn something on every visit.
