Best place hands down, owner is so gentle, and my dogs absolutely love her, she takes her time, in making sure you are satisfied with the service she gives, it’s a such a stress free environment for the dogs, and she is super affordable especially with the wonderful quality of customer service she gives. Myself and my dog love coming here! When we got him he was incredibly timid and shy. She has been so patient with him and treats him like one of her own. I planned on bring my 3 dogs here but they're closing down or moving buildings. Not sure which one. I hear it's an awesome groomer and she's very good with the dogs.
When I figure out where there moving to I still plan on taking my babies there!!!!

Do not take your pet here.
I had the worst experience here, my dog who is very sweet and loving was traumatized after coming here. But besides that the service is an absolute scam. I was quoted 65 dollars for her cut which is the normal price, and I expected the hair cut I asked for, but after waiting 5 hours to pick up my dog, which I was quoted 3 hours for, I was charged 80 dollars for some non existent matting she had, and the cut looks nothing like the typical schnauzer haircut I had asked for. I EVEN SHOWED PICTURES but this place isn’t smart enough to even handle that. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE.

Please don’t take anything alive here. I had an appointment and the maintenance guy came out said the “groomer” wasn’t here yet but he’d take my dogs, I passed. After they came out from the back rooms, ot kinda seemed ok my dogs were happy and moved around the room smelling everything and seemed ok when I left them for the 11am appointment, and was told it might take 2-3 hours. 5 hours later I’m called and told it’ll be another hour or hour and a half, 2 minutes later I was called and told the card reader was down so it’s cash only but don’t worry about taxes. I showed up to get my dogs and they couldn’t get out of there fast enough but it took three days before they stopped fighting each other. These two love each other and would before this dump cuddle each other, all the time. I called and wasn’t answered I texted as they ask and wasn’t answered. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!!if you have no other option wash them yourself or wait for a better groomer.
