I love the a la cart choices so you pay for exactly what services you need. They were so gentle and sweet to my nervous girl. I could tell they really cared for the dogs. They made it super easy on me which was a bonus. I highly recommend and will definitely be going back!

What's a fabulous experience. I met this company at a dog fair while I was a vendor too, and I asked them, if they could handle a dog with a muzzle, if needed, and if they have grinding and nail clipping, and if for some reason my dog needed to be held down for the nail clipping, if they could? They said yes, so I proceeded to continue to go. Once I stepped in, I handed my dogs over and they said they will let me know when my dogs are ready to be picked up. Once it was time I picked up my dogs and purchased some of their dental support items as well( still testing). As I was getting handedmy dogs, I realized they were slightly wet still, but you have to pay extra to get them completely dry, i was a little disappointed about that just because of how wet they still were, but all in all my dog's nails that are black and very hard to cut on a dog that needs normally a muzzle, didn't need one at all. For this experience, they managed to clip his nails for the first time, nobody has ever done this before and did my other dog's nails as well. The team in this location has shown how dedicated they are to providing the best care for your dogs while getting the job done correctly and efficiently. So big kudos to the team at this location, and thank you for taking care of my Jack and Astro. I will see you soon again.

Overpriced, couldn't get a receipt, The person at the front desk had no idea what they were doing. Was told after the transaction was over which by the way I didn't sign your technician signed our name for the credit card by putting an X. I could dispute this charge because I did not sign for it. My husband did not signed for it.v The only person that's signed for it was your technician. I was told that that has to happen in order for me to be able to start the transaction over. I was originally asked if I wanted to leave a tip and of course I said yes. Then the process started and apparently I got a 25% off for first time customer whatever. The point is that the tip included the entire price. I want to make it clear that a place like a dog groomer asking at the time of payment tip is ridiculous. I have been to numerous rumors and no one has ever asked me to give them a tip. When I get a good groomer I will tip but that's on the side. For you to make us feel badly about not tipping when we don't even know if the service was good or not we have to take our pet home look it over smell it feel it and then decide how much your service was worth or if it was worth a tip. And then the manager comes out on top of everything else and wants me to be a member of the month by month club. Actually pushed it. Ridiculous. Why
don't you work on your service first and then let us as customers decide whether or not we are goings-on to tip you. Horrible service. Once again I'm on the hunt for a good groomer.

Great communication before, during, and after the appointment (phone and text)! Super friendly. My dog has a thick, matte-prone double coat and double dew claws; they were 100% knowledgeable about that and overall pup health. Pricing is very fair, and I like that you can choose exactly what services you need/don’t need so that you’re not overpaying. My dog seemed happy and relaxed after the groom and she looks/smells beautiful! I happily scheduled a second appointment for next month.

Took my recently rescued puppy here for his first grooming appt and we were so happy with how he turned out! The staff is also so friendly and nice, great experience all around. We purchased the monthly membership and will be taking our puppy here frequently!
