Staff is always amazing. They’re knowledgeable without being judgmental, and great at juggling a lot of customers at once. We got help yesterday switching my daughter’s leopard geckos to a bioactive substrate and they made a daunting project easy. I thought it would be too complicated and the gentleman helping us simplified it for me and got us set up with everything we needed, and for literally half the cost of buying the questionable “bio active starter kit” from the big box pet store closer to home. I highly recommend them!

We come quite often for food for our various reptiles. The staff members are extremely kind and welcoming and know us by name. The owner is a very nice gentleman as well and I love when the pup is part of the welcoming committee! I recommend this reptile store over others in the area for sure. All of the staff members are very knowledgeable and they have a wide selection of animals.

These guys are amazing! We were 5 hours from home and we live 5 miles past the middle of nowhere so getting feeder insects and rats is a challenge for us. These guys helped us get hopefully some breeders of our own so we don't have to travel so far for our animals and we brought home a new baby named worm. Cutest African sand boa you'll ever see. They were so informative, helpful, and nice. I can't say enough good things about this shop. It was amazing. They take such good care of their reptiles and their feeder insects and rats. We will definitely go back when we're in the area.

Amazing place! Staff is very knowledgeable on all of the reptiles. They’ve helped me when it came to questions on my frogs, chameleon and python. The shop is also super clean with large variety of healthy reptiles.
Definitely recommend for both adopting healthy/happy pets and stocking up on feeders.
