Absolutely phenomenal shop. My husband and I have bought two healthy tarantulas here. Also, they have such a wide variety of them in various ages, sometimes it's hard to choose because they are all fantastic.

You can tell they put a lot of effort into the well-being of their animals. The staff are very knowledgeable and are happy to assist you with your needs. Highly recommend.

Convenient location with knowledgable staff. They are always engaged and interested in discussing anything reptile! The only downside of the space is the smell - I can't convince my wife to come pick up crickets with me because of it.

C'mon guys. I've been going here and suffering through your price changes, but seriously the frequency you're selling hoppers at adult mouse prices is getting ridiculous. And a card fee is stupid/ anti repeat client since most of us come in to buy food. Just think about it.

Amazing place. Guy was so friendly professional and had so much knowledge on jumping spiders. The whole experience was really neat and they had a wide verity of critters and they all looked very healthy. I will be back.

Gave it a 5 star to begin with because they always have what we want. Then my sons bearded dragon got a parasite. We were only buying from here and Petsmart so they both get a 1 star

We came in to get educated. We left educated with no questions left and my daughters had the best experience with the 2 gentlemen working in there tonight. They were so polite and friendly and patient. One brought out his snake, Goofy, and let my daughter hold her for a small eternity. Honestly the most awesome experience/ interaction. Thanks guys!! Much love!! ❣️❣️

Prices are ridiculous. Smells like death in that shop, there was a dead gecko in an enclosure. Prices of their feeders are top price in town. Customer service, if they’re not busy doing their own thing, you’ll eventually get some help. Pass on this shop.
