We sure were Happy that Teresa gave our 3 cats and a bird such loving attention while we were out of town. She was so good to send us videos everyday which always brought a smile to our face. Teresa brought packages inside and wheeled our trashbins to the side of the house as well. It made our trip more enjoyable to know Teresa 'had it under control'. Thanks !!

Teresa took care of our 4 cats while we were out of town. She did an amazing job. Not only did she feed them but also played with them and did an amazing job making sure that they were happy while we were out of town. We are so happy and thankful for her services! She also sends daily videos of our pets from each visit. Those where a lot of fun to watch! Teresa is reliable, responsible, and great with our furry kids. I strongly recommend her!

Savannah Pet Nanny was amazing! She worked with me last minute, made me feel very comfortable about leaving my little furry friend alone for 4 days and she sent me pics and videos throughout the day! It was a stress free way to travel for both me and my pet! I didn't have to worry about last minute vaccinations or driving him somewhere and he got to stay in the comfort of his own home. She even went above and beyond and brought in literally about 30 HEAVY water bottles from outside. Really enjoyed her services and will be back!!

I cannot recommend Teresa enough! With only a few days notice, she agreed to take care of our 4 babies (3 mini dachshunds and 1 chiweenie).

She came over to the house to meet them the same day we called asking about her services. She was so kind and patient with them and allowed them to warm up to her.

We had been using another pet sitting service in Prosper the last few years, but I wish we had found Teresa sooner. The man that owns the company we had been using has never had the patience with our babies that Teresa showed.

The weekend she watched them was also the first weekend our house went on the market. Without being asked, she kept the house in "show ready" conditions. She picked up after them in the yard, straightened pillows on the couch, cleaned up and sanitized any accidents they had in the house, etc.

To top it all off, she brought each of them little chew toys that she left with them. My girls don't really warm up to many people, but they actually miss Teresa! They keep playing with the toys she brought them. They're also running to the bedroom (where we set their nest up while we were away) looking for her and whining!

I cannot recommend her enough!!!

She is only about the required UPFRONT FULL $$ paid through Zelle. Horrible pet care! Had to cut my vacation short by 1.5 days because of her DERELICTION of DUTY to tend to my 3 cats. The only correct action Teresa did, was show up and leave. And she did that in TEN minutes or less! I have the time stamps and video footage to prove it. We met in my home before I left where she told me what I needed to do. I gave her a checklist for morning and evening to make sure all cats and the house tasks were tended to. She did none of these. She told me she recorded videos each visit to document what she did each visit and I could see that my cats were doing well. She never did that. Out of the 5 visits she completed, I received 3 videos of my cats looking at the camera: 30 seconds, 12 seconds and 30 seconds. She didn't document anything because she didn't do anything. Her website makes her sound like a Mary Poppins for pets and their owner. But she isn't. What she DIDN'T DO: bring in the mail, arrive on time, stay an adequate amount of time to tend to cats and house tasks, clean the litter boxes (these were full of 3 days poop/clumping - outrageous), turn off the lights outside during the day, feed my cats according to instructions, give fresh water, provide clean water to my indoor/outdoor cat, arrive timely to bring my indoor/outdoor cat in for the night and thus this cat was outside for 48 hours without dry food or fresh/clean water. In fact, Teresa never put any dry food out for my indoor/outdoor cat. The lawn had been mowed at 9am Friday and when I arrived home Sunday late afternoon, the grass clippings were still in the water! She didn't water my outdoor plant, or provide clean water for the bird bath. Nor did she open the requested blinds or turn on the plant grow lights. What she DID DO is only stay 10 minutes or LESS each visit, forget to arm my alarm 3 times as she was so hurried to leave, turn on my TV when I said not to do that, turn on so many lights in my house (including my make up mirror and shower light) when I said I would leave adequate lighting, IGNORE my cats. She made no attempt to spend time with them so they could get used to her. How could they when she is in/out of my house in under ten minutes each time. And she charges $25 for each visit. I asked her not to utilize the front door. She did. My cats didn't eat any of their wet food as she just plopped a blob in each bowl. They can't eat it like that. And she knew. I arrived home on Sunday afternoon, a day and half early and was disgusted with all that I found. When Teresa came over for the evening visit, I was there. She started to try to weasel her way out of why she didn't do her job correctly, but I called her on it, having the cameras as proof. She quickly gave me back my key and hastily exited the door. I have used a pet sitter several times and have been very happy but she had a medical emergency that prevented her service for this trip. If you love your pets and want peace of mind, do NOT use her services. I wish I had a warning. My cats were traumatized. There is a reason there isn't a recent positive review less than 2 years ago!! BEWARE!

I was a customer a few years back- something just reminded me to meals sure to give her due credit for the wisdom she provided. At the time I had never left the dogs for long periods, with one being new and aggressive. She gave me advice about their environment taht I had not yet thought of, she also gave me advise about the environment for my own safety- I had not yet thought of. She is in tune with dogs in the way Cesar Milan- that kind of saint- would be grouped with. Highly recommend.

Our dog was getting older and she was so kind and gentle with him. He loved her. Always excited and happy when he saw her. Highly recommend Teresa, she loves her job and it shows.you can’t put a price on that kind of service. She even came and sat with us at home when we had to put our 16 yr old pug down.

Amazing! Is great with my dog and he (my dog) loves her! She will not only be amazing with your pets she will go above and beyond what other dog sitters or walkers would do. I'm very grateful to have found someone I fully trust taking car of my dog. Also, pricing is another thing that's great with her. When I first moved into my house in Aubrey I was searching for dog walkers sitters and they all charge like crazy. Savannah Pet Nanny is very reasonable and will also give you discounts when you pay for a package or certain amount of visits.
