OMG I LOVE you guys. Crazy amazing communication, so much love for the puppies. We just got our poodle from them about 10 days ago, and he's loving, had a start on potty pad training and on crate training so we didn't have to from scratch! They kept in touch with us every step of the way, sending photos every week before we got to meet him. Any worry I've been having as a new parent gets alleviated after chatting with them. Rachelle and Marissa definitely love all their poodles and put some good time into them. Our Aloo doesn't bark at blenders going off, vaccum cleaners (tho he will run from it 🙂 ), and other loud random noises he's great with. He mostly only barks to go potty from the crate, and a little random one here and there. I love our poodle and would highly recommend!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sapphire Ridge Poodles. After almost a 6 months search for a pup to join our family, cycling between rescues and other breeders, I got in touch with Marissa and Rachelle and all my worries dissipated. I knew that I found the right breeder to adopt our puppy from.

We wanted to surprise our child with a puppy for her birthday. I initially reached out about a pup I loved on screen but they gently suggested that a different pup might be a better fit. We wanted to meet the puppies before deciding and so we did. Rachelle and Marissa surprised us with a Happy Birthday sign for our child, it had puppies behind it and their parents. All the dogs were incredibly beautiful and well behaved but our puppy chose us and instantly stole our hearts. It was is the puppy that was initially suggested to us as the best fit. Not only that, but they also put together a puppy welcome bag with all the needed accessories to get us started in my child's favorite colors. I cannot express how touched we were by the care and attention Marissa and Rachelle showed, they were also extremely knowledgable and professional and answered the thousand questions I had. As a first time puppy owner I continue to have questions and it is so nice to know that they always reply with thorough answers and recommendations. We are so excited to have our precious little puppy in our lives and it's great to know that her breeders are there to support us if we need it.

Negative experience with Saphire Ridge Poodles.

* I'm a breeder and sought out to buy a toy/mini stud for my breeding program.

* Saphire Ridge Poodles informed me they had toy/mini poodle puppies for sale, and I purchased my mini poodle stud Teddy from them in February 2023.

* I recently had a DNA panel done on my stud and found out that he has both small poodle and standard poodle DNA.

* I contacted Saphire Ridge Poodles to ask them if my studs sire was a true toy poodle and if his dam was a true mini poodle.

Saphire Ridge Poodles replied "Teddy’s mom is a true mini. Dad’s parents were toys."

* After I shared the DNA results, they acknowledged my studs maternal grandsire, Colt .45 has some standard poodle DNA. That information was previously omitted on his DNA panel that was shared with me.

* As a breeder, it should be made aware that it affects my ability to call these true toy/mini poodles, and other breeders should be made aware of this fact as well.

* Doing proper due diligence is important to do so you can avoid what happened to me.

* If anyone would like me to explain anything further, I have detailed records that I'd be more than happy to share.

* Saphire Ridge Poodles made no efforts to work with me on finding a resolution for this issue and offered no apology.
