I love this place and so does my dog! My family has been shopping at Samantha's since 2004 and we love the family environment we feel coming in the door. Dogs are welcome to shop and the owners are so friendly and accommodating. Don't see what you need? Just ask and they can order it for you! Want recommendations? They are very knowledgeable. Oh and my favorite part? They offer discounts! Military discounts and more! My dogs favorite part are the wide variety of treats available. He really enjoys the duck hearts and Beef cheeks. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to shop local for some great finds for your pets.

Very rude. I came in with my niece and sister-in-law today and said I was looking for dog booties. The guy at the front desk pointed me to them from be hind the desk. Then I asked where the restrooms were. His reply was “The restrooms are for customers. Paying customers only.” I said “Well, we are shopping.” And I think my intent was clear that I wasn’t just there to take advantage of their restrooms. I decided we didn’t need anything from such a rude shop. We left and went to Pet Palace, where I used the restroom free of guilt and then we each spent a good bit of money on our pets.
