I purchased a snake from here and she wasn’t eating so I called and they claimed I didn’t know how to feed it😭*btw this isn’t my first snake* I asked for a refund or anything and they said no, the lady told me feed how her husband does it, puts it in a brown bag and throws a mice in there. The snake did get sick and die and they ignored me after that. I would not recommend getting a reptile from here at all, I usually never buy animals/reptiles from swap meets but yup I did. $300 gone!

This is a super tiny, tiny corner in the minimall, so it's not an incredible selection... But they have all the basic features that you would need for your reptiles or birds. Animal prices seem a little steep, but everything else is reasonable. Never had a bad interaction with either one of the two shopkeepers and both of them are very kind, especially the woman.

Decided to check the place out to get live feeder for my bp. Great price and friendly. My bp gobbled all the pinky mice. I was starting to worry because it wasn’t eating since I’ve gotten it 3 months prior.

I've been coming here for over 5 Years. The service has definitely gone downhill. When Kenny is in the store it's always a great experience but lately his wife is the only one inside of the store and she always has a rude attitude and a difficult time doing her job. We come here weekly for years and my son LOVES holding their animals and checking out new ones.. Everytime he asks to hold an animal she laughs at him and says not today. Like it's literally a PET SHOP. If you are too scared to handle the animals or feed them you probably shouldn't be working there. Within a week multiple scorpions died due to the wife being to scared to take care of them. A whole entire tank full of bearded dragons with their tails missing. I've never witnessed her taking care of animals . Only playing on her phone , eating food or watching videos. If I could give 0 stars I would. Truly disappointing when This used to be the best store locally. Kenny always had tons of exotic well kept pets and a whole lot of knowledge but since his wife took over the place isn't worth going to.

This is inside a discount mall, it's very small. We went for parrot food and what we were sold was 95% sunflower seeds. It was just meh for us.
