I have been using the pet sitting service now for a few months and everyone that I have had contact with has been wonderful. Admin does a great job checking in after visits for feedback and are always available for questions. I have worked with 3 pet sitters ( Hilary, Dawn and Kelsi) thus far and they all have been amazing!! You can tell they enjoy what they’re doing, are flexible, and pay attention to detail. They too are wonderful at communicating with me any updates and take tons of pictures and videos.

Marcus is outstanding as our dog walker! He takes Yoshi & Bailey out 3x/week (alternates with a group 1/2 day camp 2x/week) in Encino.

It’s so obvious the dogs love him & have such an affectionate, happy and spirited relationship. He even calls them “kids” (aww) & always posts such cute pics to really show us the dogs are having a good time (love pics!).

Yoshi is so much more socialized as a 2 year old lab mix, and more steady and calm on his harness leashes when other dogs pass by.

Bailey is so much more healthier, active and has lost 10 lbs as a 12 year old labradoodle. She jumps out of bed in the mornings when she used to sleep in, and no longer seems to have joint inflammation or signs of aging. People mistake her for a puppy. She even had a great time on walks when having a cone for an inflammatory bug bite!

Marcus is really engaged — he always greets them so warmly, plays fetch with Yoshi after a walk and tends special attention to Bailey who is more tired afterwards. He always cleans up after the dogs, ensure the doors are locked if needed and is responsive for any questions or concerns.

We are so grateful to R&D for the walking service! We used to have Keva when living in Sherman Oaks. Keva was amazing too and worked with Yoshi as his 2nd walker (first one from Seattle). She was so attentive, kind and patient with Yoshi as a new dog in LA.

Every walker has helped the dogs grow to be healthier & happier!

We've been using Rufus and Delilah for the last two years to care for our cats while we travel out of town and we cannot recommend their services enough. Not only have they provided excellent and personalized care to our pets, but they also tend to our home while we are away (watering plants, bringing in mail, tidying up before we return, etc). Their online pet portal is easy to use, and the communication with the business owners and with our cat-sitter has always been speedy and professional. We have never had a pet sitting service as good as Rufus and Delilah and we plan on being loyal customers for as long as we live in Los Angeles!

I have been using Rufus and Delilah for many years now for daily dog walks. (seriously, like 7 years). We have a finicky dog that will not tolerate doggy day care or "pack walks." She is also slow to warm to strangers. This service is perfect for what we need because you have your own dedicated walker that only walks your dog. We have had a number of different walkers over the years and all have been excellent in my opinion.
The best part is they arrange coverage when your normal person is not available, so it is a seamless process for you busy people out there. They are also a licensed and bonded business so you don't need to worry about your pet or your home. I know that recently there have been apps that have come out where you can book overnights and walks but I just don't trust them. Give yourself the peace of mind of having the professionals take care of you and your pets.

Rufus and Delilah Dog Walking is the best. Jennifer, the owner, goes above and beyond to make sure that you feel confident in their services. She is incredibly organized and thoughtful in her approach (e.g., sets up an in person meeting to discuss your pet / their needs, creates an online profile for your pet that you can readily update with any changes). She has a great team of dog walkers and I would highly recommend their services!
