Ruff Translation -

I am so happy to have found Ruff Translation. As a first time dog owner, I was looking for someone to work closely and one-on-one with for my dog's reactivity issues. Juniper provides private in home sessions which worked out perfectly for my dog, Murphy, and I. Juniper has so much knowledge around dog behavior and I truly enjoyed working with her! Dog training is mostly about training the owner and I felt like she was so patient with me and listened to my needs. Lastly, Juniper provided me with so many extra resources outside of the trainings that I can continue to refer back to. Murphy has improved so much! I feel so much more confident and at ease on our walks together. I would highly recommend Ruff Translation! :)

Juniper is an amazing trainer. She has a calm and confident manner and relates well to people and dogs :) She listened closely to identify the problem behaviors to target, and gave practical suggestions with different ways to approach the problems. We had 4 sessions together as well as Juniper’s “homework” assignments. My pup now rarely reacts to dogs on our walks, making them so much more enjoyable; and instead of jumping up on me when I get home, she just dances around slightly and sits, waiting for me to greet her. We’re still working on barking at the doorbell, but even that is at least 50% better. I think that Juniper’s approach of working with the dog on “home ground” and in real-life situations was a lot more helpful than going to lessons at a different location (which we had previously done with less success). Message Juniper—you and your dog will be so happy!

Juniper was such a help with our golden retriever puppy, Bruce! As working parents, we struggled to find the time to train. Juniper helped us focus, and learn the basic foundations for training. Bruce is now much better behaved, and it’s much easier on us! Highly recommend Ruff Translation.

Fabulous experience. We learned so much about how to properly handle and help our boxer pup have proper behaviors. Juniper is so knowledgeable and is such a great person to help you understand your dog. Highly recommend.
