I've had a really good experience with them and I used to work in the dog boarding industry. There was an incident and they handled it like I would with my dog. They were very understanding with my reactive dog. They worked with her to make sure she felt calm and safe. When you enter their lobby, it is very clean and neat. They truly care about their job and how the dogs are taken care of. They went above and beyond when they were taking care of my dogs. I highly recommend them. If I could give them 10 Stars I would. As someone who has seen both sides of the industry now, I fully feel comfortable sending my dogs there whenever I need to. From Tessa and Agnes they both give 5 stars each 💗

This daycare and boarding place is first-class. They know my pup as soon as he walks in, and seem to genuinely love to spend time with all the dogs. The center is very clean and the staff is friendly. The pricing is very reasonable.

There is a secure customer portal to ensure not just anyone can view the pups, plus your pet has to be checked in to view the cameras! There are 2 views that allow me to follow my pup as he meanders through his corral following the human cleaning up all the messes. Their boarding services are also great, and they take such great care of my dog if he has to stay a few nights.

Always more than comfortable dropping our dogs off at Ruff Ranch. Every time we are there the dogs can't wait to get back to the play area and they always come back home ready for a nap or 12. The cameras so we can check on them are a great touch. Great staff, would definitely recommend.

Our dog Jack has been attending Ruff Ranch for a few years now and absolutely loves it. He is an Australian Shepherd with lots of energy who loves to play, crazy about water, and wants to have a job to do, like herding others or barking at others to stop a behavior. With all that, the staff at Ruff Ranch still seems to love seeing Jack and he loves seeing them. To the point we can’t say Ruff Ranch, an employee’s name, day care etc.. we are so very thankful to have Ruff Ranch and the staff there as part of Jack’s life. What they do there is truly appreciated! Would highly recommend all of the services they offer, we won’t board or do day care anywhere else. We know when we leave Jack at Ruff Ranch he is in good hands and with a staff that truly loves working with dogs and cats and will keep him safe, well fed, lots of petting, loved and hugged until we pick him up. We are beyond grateful.

Incredible experience. First time boarding my three large dogs and they seem to have been really taken care of well. There are cameras where we could check in on our pups when in the play areas and when one of our dogs wasn't eating they called and talked through multiple options to make him more comfortable so he would finish his dinner. Picked them up and the dogs had been bathed. Worked with multiple people on the phone and at the front seat and everyone was very friendly. Also the price was very reasonable

Excellent care and attention. Took Mac for his first day camp and I loved being able to check on him with the camera. So much space and room to play. Staff gave him attention to help him settle in and be comfortable. Looking forward to his next visit. 🐾
