We had a planned vacation when our pet sitter bailed on us only a few weeks before. When we called Ruff House, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We boarded all 3 of our dogs with them for a week. It was so comforting to get to watch the dogs on the camera have a great time while we were away. We even added on some extra pool time! All of our dogs were happy and healthy when we picked them up! Will definitely use them on our next vacation!

I absolutely LOVE Ruff House! When I got my baby Margot (the macaroni noodle) I knew that I wanted to socialize her and give her a place where she could run around and play safely! Major bonus that they have a pool for how these little space heaters warm up in our summer months.

Not only are all the staff incredibly kind and wonderful, they send photos occasionally of your pup, will share little stories about them if you bring your pups often, keep a careful eye on temperament and injuries, have SO many additional activities AND have amazing trainers/staff members.

Michelle the GM is incredible and funny and kind! Every time I bring Margot in she is so friendly. I've read reviews on here before that say otherwise and I'm going to tell you they are totally wrong. Totally. Wrong. I honestly adore her and her staff!

Anyway, Miss macaroni loves this place!! And when I travel for work, I love knowing I can bring her somewhere she is so safe and comfortable. When I first started to bring her I'd watch her on the web cam to see how she was doing. She hid a lot the first time or two (she was only about 4 months at the time). Now if I watch after I drop her off all I see is her running amok looking for new friends to play with. It's really contributed to how well she gets on with other dogs and how much fun and curious and brave she is!

My poodle Ozzy loves Ruff House! Every time we pull up to the gate, he gets super excited. He always runs up to greet the staff and let them know he is ready to play without even a second glance my way!

I love Ruff House too, the staff really do love their job. The best part is the cameras in the play yard. It always warms my heart to see staff loving on the dogs.

They are also very patient, Ozzy can be a pill, but they always have nice things to say and give him appropriate breaks when he needs them!

We use both the day care and boarding and honestly I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my precious boy. He always comes home tired, healthy and happy! Just the way I want him this ball of energy to be after a day at day care!

They have recently started doing special things on certain days. Sometimes it is a special treat, a picture, or activity such as ball time or bubbles! I always get a picture or video sent to me when Ozzy participates. Nice touch!

My dog loves it here he came home super tired. They keep you updated. If you’re thinking about taking your pup here do it! The employees are outstanding. They separate the dogs by their energy levels so that there’s no altercation. Which is very thoughtful.

This place has become such a staple of our lives and can’t say enough good things about it. Every single member of the staff is incredible and the facilities, including the live cameras, put us at such ease while away from the dog. We have used all of the available amenities Ruff House has to offer over the last few years and will continue to do so.

Benny and I are fairly new to Ruff House and our experience has been very positive. He goes to daycare about once a week and I have boarded him there too. He had no issues at all when I picked up from boarding--complete with a bath. It's convenient for me when I have a long day at work knowing he is well taken care of.

Amazing people, amazing service. The only thing that matters to me is whether the staff cares about my dog and they clearly do. I say that because they send me a report card and have obviously observed my dog and have their critiques.

I wish they had better camera angles, or more cameras, but that may be being picky. I'm very satisfied and comfortable leaving my little pup there.

Luna loves Ruff House! She has been going there since she was a puppy over 10 years ago. Her puppy experience was the Best! She went everyday. Now she is older so she stays while we are on vacation. I can not imagine our life without the peace of mind of taking her to Ruff House!
