Walter absolutely loves Ruff House Dog Ranch. The owners/dog handlers really now how make Walter Feel Welcome! Prices were extremely Fair and accommodations were exceeding expectations! I guarantee you we will only use this Dog Boarding Facility moving forward! I highly Recommend checking them out for your fur baby!

We have a 5 month old puppy that has stayed here twice. The first time we dropped her off, she was hesitant as to be expected but by pickup, she was so happy. The owner sent me a video of our girl getting a “tour” of the place. 🙂
The second time that we dropped her off, she was jumping and barking and could not wait to go play.

It is such a relief to know that she is well cared for and loved while we are out of town.

Murphy and Charlee absolutely love going to Ruff House! I think they like it more than their actual home. 😂 When I drop them off, I know they are safe, having a blast, and getting smothered in love!!! I couldn’t live the lifestyle I do without having a reliable place to take my pups on weekends I’m away. I truly can’t say enough about Ruff House. 🤍

I have taken my dog Oak to Ruff House for over a year now and have only had great experiences. We are always able to get a spot for camp, even if it is short notice. They take great care of Oak and he is always so excited to go back.

I strongly discourage considering this boarding facility for your beloved dog. Despite being a last-ditch effort, our experience with the facility following our positive interactions with the owner's sister training services was gravely disappointing. The facility itself gave off an improvised vibe, housing cages within the owner's garage. We emphasized the need to prevent potential interactions between our dogs due to a past traumatic attack suffered by our older dog. Unfortunately, our concerns were met with mockery and dismissal. To our dismay, within a week, distressing news reached us that our 11-month-old puppy had been brutally attacked through a fence by an aggressive dog at the facility. This event directly contradicted the owner's pledge to keep dogs separate during playtime. The inflicted injuries were particularly severe, and the lack of transparency only exacerbated our distress. Instead of offering empathy, we were prompted to sympathize with the worker, despite our dog's traumatizing experience.

Adding to the distress, we were halfway around the world during this traumatic incident. It triggered daily fear and anxiety for our dogs' well-being under this person's care. Shockingly, the worker chose to confine our wounded dog, with open sutures and wounds, in a dirt-filled crate. This neglectful treatment led to severe infection, necessitating another vet visit due to the poor care received. Our trust in the company was irreparably shattered, as the way we were treated left us deeply disheartened. The true extent of our dog's injuries, including damage near his eye and ear, only became apparent upon our return.

Our dogs are loving to all, very calm, and very well mannered quiet boys. They have never had issues when staying with others. As stated by another facility, they are the sweetest boys to have. And they love every time our boys stay with them. Because they are so well mannered. They like to stay sweetly by anyone’s side, especially since one is a therapy dog. When we picked them up from here, they never appeared so disheveled, so scared. So stressed that they were losing hair, and lost weight. We were heartbroken.

The facility did not appear professionally staffed.

Overall we felt completely dismissed.

We love Ruff House( so does our dog). He gets to sleep on a cot in the garage and run around during the day. The ladies are super helpful and easy to book with. We would recommend 100%!
