I took my 11 month old puppy to get grooming I verbally explained how I want her grooming to be done it’s not my first time going to pet grooming I do have experience! I explained this guy Named Ruben what I want!! It took almost 4 hrs to get her!
When I went to go pick her up the guy met me behind the store my puppy jumped on me right away I noticed her eyes were wet!! We went home she started acting very different she wasn’t moving. She was all quiet. She was whining. I didn’t know what’s going on with her next day. I noticed she had cut on her leg while she was getting groomed all skin was shaved off it was on her side of her leg and under her chin!They never brough it to my attention what happened No wonder she kept whining licking her leg from pain and was bloody I was very mad and traumatized how unprofessional groomers they could be you guys do your research. Don’t take your dogs to very unprofessional places. and plus her hair cut was disaster I’ve never seen chopped hair cut like this !! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

My dog came back with blood on his fur. That’s the only reason I found out he was bleeding. They never called to tell me. And he was not apologetic at all

Rubens Pet Grooming is the best. My 3 dogs always have clean, good-smelling, precise short hair cuts especially during warm/hot seasons. They try hard to take my dogs in even at last-minute notice. Reasonable pricing for the services they do too. And my they put up with my bratty dogs, although my dogs are ok they tend to be dramatic. Thanks, guys.

I have taken Nana here a couple of times to get groomed and shaved due to the heat. My cats hates her haircut, but at least she will be a little bit cooler this summer. Ruben did a fantastic job and I got to see part of her grooming on Instagram. Not very many places groom's cats, but Ruben's Pet Grooming does and did a fantastic job. I'll be bringing my cat here again and maybe the dog too.
