This Ross is a great place to find amazing discounts on clothing, pet toys, bags, purses, journals, art projects, and more! The place is very clean and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I also found a giant dog bone which was very impressive!

It's an okay Ross location but not that much inventory compared to other locations. Probably my least favorite one in all of Colorado Springs Ross locations. The selections are just very limited 🤔

Went to go shopping and wanted to look at glasses in the case and a watch, the staff acted like she didn’t even want to grab them out for me to look at. Her service was very rude when I asked her to look at it. At that point I didn’t even wanna spend my money there anymore.

If you enjoy being treated like a prisoner, then this is the store for you. As you walk in, you can expect to be stared down by security as though you have already shoplifted from outside the store and are coming back for more. They have closed their nice dressing rooms so you wait in line so you can try on your purchases in one of the two closets under the gimlet gaze of Loss Prevention. Absolutely horrendous atmosphere. There is an ARC across the street that will treat you like a person and offer better prices.

Rudeness, with the woman (associate) at the register she was dismissive, rude, looked like she didn’t want to be there and didn’t even hand me my receipt before calling the next customer inline and it might as well have been self checkout. Sounds like customers are having major issues with this Associate 2301431 and after reading other reviews prior to this one, it sounds like this associate doesn't like her job, she does not belong in a customer service position and needs to move along...

Just purchased a bench with a cushion we asked the front counter if we could get some help to carry it to the register. They never came. I asked him if he called someone, he says oh yeah. There were two other female employees acting like we didn’t exist…. I knew the male type at the register couldn’t do it because he was a very very frail individual. The spouse ended up carrying it to ther car because I’m handicap with a cane. If you don’t wanna work stay home!!!
